Spent $2,600 on Aurora - Got scammed.

Spent $2,600 on the Aurora program about a year and a half ago and it was something an individual could have done on their own and with much more success. Jono and his team provided useless codes to input into the trading "bots" they had which was just a third party software connected to funded account websites that they had affiliate links to and there were extra monthly charges ~$80 to maintain the server and account open. I never made my money back, I spent and have physical evidence of logs spanning 630 hours of my personal time adjusting the settings on the "bots" to have even a decently successful backtests spanning 3-10 months.
Prestige level scam artist with connections in the tech industry, (Somehow Jono appears as a Musician on Google)
Please save your money. Invest in crypto or gold, at least you'll retain some value there. Don't throw your money away into one of his products, especially on Klarna- They will NOT return your money. Jono and his team make you sign a digital waiver and other legal papers to protect himself when you come looking for your refund.

Please stay away from any courses or products from this guy. I invested in his infinity program ages ago. The product and service was soooo poor and fell apart halfway, I never got any of my money back. The products are all terrible. I recommend everyone to stay away and to invest in more reputable products and services and to check out the reviews too.

JONO ARMSTRONG and THEINFINITYSYSTEM.CO…

JONO ARMSTRONG and THEINFINITYSYSTEM.CO and FUNDEDACCOUNTAU Are SCAMS and FRAUDS
Wednesday, 12 APRIL 2023, 22:30 Pacific Time

On 6 Jan 2023 I paid JONO ARMSTRONG $1,997 and $500 to FUNDED ACCOUNT AU/NEXT STEP FUNDED/ to fund a trading Challenge account. On 27 Jan 2023 the first trading Challenge account was classified as "PASSED" and I then paid another $500 to FUNDED ACCOUNT AU/NEXT STEP FUNDED to fund a second trading Challenge account. Over the following thirty days NO trades were made and it was classified as FAILED on 26 Feb 2023. Two other trading Challenge accounts initiated on 28 Feb 2023. The first one expired on 28 Feb 2023 and classified ass FAILED. The second one expired on 28 Mar 2023 and was classified as FAILED, even though NO trades were made in either of these trading Challenge Accounts. I sent more than five eMails to the above entities - JONO ARMSTRONG, SUPPORTTHEINFINTIYSYTEM.CO, and SUPPORTNEXTSTEPFUNDED.COM - requesting them to explain why there were NO trades and my Trading Challenge had expired worthless. AT NO Time did they give an explanation, aside from stating notrades occurred. After the last FAILED account on 28 Mar 2023, they asked for $500 for another Trading Challenge Account. I did not send any additional monies. Then on 7 and 8 Mar 2023, JONO ARMSTRONG, made unauthorized attempts to charge my credit card for $997 each time. He failed.

On 30 Mar 2023 I sent an email to JUNO ARMSTRONG, to reimburse me one-half of the monies I paid them, $1,498, otherwise I would find to be a scam and fraud. They have made no such payment and are a SCAM and FRAUD.

Fake guru/SCAM

I would not say he is a scammer per se' but the closest thing to it which is a "fake guru" or "grifter", took my £1000 for using a simple website called Bitsgap and how to use it (easy to figure out on your own), all he did was put his own name over it and label the joke course "Prometheus" with generalised knowledge of "buy low, sell high" which is quite obvious to me prior to this "course"... Now I told you about Bitsgap I've automatically given away £1000 of supposed value to you, for free. And yes that website in test, did make money, but he doesn't tell you about the hefty monthly fees that make Bitsgap possible to use of £200 a month.. He has no right to gatekeep the name of a website that is publicly accessible, and monetize it. Then the course comes with a NDA which is pointless because Bitsgap is not some secret website. And all of the lessons material can be found on YouTube, I didn't feel I learned something formidable, innovative, secret or life changing. He does mention you need at least £3000 to use it, but look at the hidden fees buy his course 1000 + 3000 balance to use plus 2400 a year and the final pricing is 5400 upwards, not 1000 as advertised, the value of this course should retail for £60 or less. I didn't contest a refund although I should have... No clear pricing, basic layman tuition, gatekeeping the name of a 3rd party website that doesn't belong to him, failure to mention the monthly fee... So unless you are much richer than stated, you will lose £1000. And it's still trading partially automated, so the bot can keep buying into oblivion, unless the value goes up, the bot won't ever sell what it bought on your behalf.

I think the man is dodgy to say the least. I definitely don't trust anything he says anymore... I'm just saying he didn't directly steal deposits like a traditional scammer, I over paid for generic info. I mean there is nothing to even "whistleblow" about, other than talking about Bitsgap which as mentioned isn't his website. That's just like saying "buy my course" to simply reveal the name of a website.... That's a very contrived view of what a course is and how you should deliver content.

The problem with grifters like this is they make their money then run away from being sued or bad PR. that's not to say Bitsgap is useless, it does work, but it still follows market activity, it's not guaranteed income and only partially automated the trading experience. It's not some silver bullet to generate millions of pounds on-tap every month. There is some value in the community tab of "Prometheus" to share real time info but nowhere near the value of £1000. He stole it

Stay away from this scam artist

Stay away from this scam artist! Worthless. I lost over $3000 with Jono Armstrong's Ministry Of Freedom program. He never issued my refund. The best answers I received from Jono's support team, if you receive any, is "stay focused". Well, do yourselves a favor and save your money. STAY AWAY!

I also fell for this scam whereby his emails advertising the bot just kept coming up in my inbox. The more I watched the videos the more I was convinced to buy this bot. After setting up the bot i encountered a few difficulties and when I reached out to the customer service department they were rude, ignorant, and refused to respond to my emails. It was at this point that I done some research and realised he repeats this scam year to year. Nobody should buy this bot, I learnt this the hard way but the only way to make passive income is by working for your money, not letting a bot run in the background.

Shame on Google for running this YouTube ad

Why is it that YouTube runs the ads of scammers like Jono Armstrong? I know that YouTube is a profit center for Google (Alphabet) but this is a real stain on the reputation of Google as respectable corporate citizen, shame on Google.

I can’t believe I was duped by the phony sales video he uploaded on YouTube. I’m not really into that kind of thing, but I thought I should give it a shot without realizing I would loose all my $50,000. I can’t even imagine loosing all my money, but finding Acadianblue helped me get out of their sticky situation with excellent return policies and openness.

Jono Armstrong has a new service: Aurora

I am posting this to make everyone aware of what appears to be Jono's latest endeavour, an AI trading bot called Aurora.

I came across one of Jono's ads on YouTube. In it, he promises to have an AI trading bot that is a money-making machine and only requires 30 minutes of direct engagement per week. The bot allegedly allows you to pass challenges for funded accounts with brokers, and then consistently make you money afterwards.

Given the powerful nature of and recent advances in AI, the story did not sound completely implausible. I therefore decided to sign up for the "waiting list" to learn more. The waiting list guides you through a number of videos where Jono explains how great the product is meant to be, with of course amazing results and accompanying video tutorials from supposedly real customers. The product is called Aurora.

However, no clear or comprehensive information is provided about prior results, what exactly you get access to when signing up or the fact that not all funded account brokers in fact allow use of AI bots (the video only refers to FTMO's T&C in this regard as an example). Aurora equally does not appear to have a dedicated or stand-alone website, and public reviews or testimonials about the service appear nowhere to be found.

For all of this, Jono asks a price of 2497 USD, which appears similar to the prices he has previously charged for the dodgy services below. Also, he now mentions he has retired to the Philippines, while I understand from the below he previously would have been based in Bali. This equally appears consistent with the reviews below noting that he hops around South East Asian countries to keep a low profile.

Given the lack of info on Aurora itself, I decided to search up Jono himself (he still introduces himself as Jono Armstrong in the onboarding videos, which is quite surprising given the below...). This brought me here, and I'm glad it did, as it will save me spending my time and effort on better understanding a product which is most likely another screen for a financial scam. Thank you for sharing your experiences, and please think twice before you consider signing up to the Aurora product!

Jono promised that his Infinity System would make us money!

Jono promised that his Infinity System would make me money. There was no mention of an additional $1,000 needed for his team to set the system up. I made numerous requests for assistance as I am unfamiliar with trading. I also made a request for a refund as I attempted to set the system up I never was able to do a single trade. As soon as I requested the refund, the online tech support box was removed so that I could not communicate with Jono's team. Jono stole $3,500 from me that I had to borrow in order to join his infinity system. I believed that Jono was a good person, however I now see that he is nothing short of a thief and a con-man. I'll be looking into a possible class action lawsuit against Jono Armstrong.
