I've been with StoreFeeder for several years now and counting.

The team are very helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever I've had any questions or issues they would reach back within a short and reasonable amount of time with a solution.

The integrations are on point and work very well. Products are super easy to list on eBay and Shopify and inventory is sync'd within a few minutes.

I've dealt with my fair share of companies but without a shadow of doubt StoreFeeder are standard bearers when it comes to Excellent Customer Service! I would not hesitate for a moment when I recommend StoreFeeder. THIS is THE WMS (Warehouse Management System) to have and go for.

We have used StoreFeeder for many years and it has been fantastic.

It has always saved us hours a day in order processing through the picking and despatching processes and the automation within the system.

But recently we have started using their Android App on PDA devices and this has proved a real winner with our staff. No more paper in the warehouse for picking or goods in, all done on a PDA and instantly updated on the main system.

So easier operations and money saved on paper and printer costs.

All in all a fantastic solution for an eCommerce warehouse.

I have been with Storefeeder for a few years now with a few ups and downs. Its a good system with good support.

I have eBay Amazon and Shopify site connected to storefeeder and integration is good for those channels. I am able to control most things from Storefeeder for these channels. Shipping and stock control works great as well.

However it is not all good, hence the 3 stars. The system can be ridiculously slow at times, clicking on something can take 20 seconds or more to load which is extremely frustrating. This happens quite often with me. Hopefully Storefeeder can sort this out and make the system quicker and more efficient.

Another frustrating issue for me is WooCommerce which doesn't work for me. I have products which I need to set multi attribute values for each attributes but it doesn't allow me to do it. It only allows me to set one attitude value per attribute. I reported this issue last year in march to the support team. I was told that this feature would need to be added which may take up to 2 months or so. It is now a year later and nothing has been done. Very disappointing from SF. Hope they read this and get this issue sorted asap.

Brilliant system with fantastic onboarding and ongoing support!
I was first introduced to Kane who set up a free trial for me in order to get a feel for the system and then he gave me a more in depth tour of StoreFeeder showing me the different functions it has to offer.
Despite really liking the look of StoreFeeder I was still extremely anxious about switching my business over to a new system however after much deliberation I decided to take the plunge.
After agreeing to proceed with signing up to StoreFeeder I was introduced to Harry who is part of the onboarding team. Harry was fantastic and very knowledgeable with the system and made the transition to StoreFeeder seamless and stress free. Harry took the time to gain an understanding of my business and what it was exactly I required StoreFeeder to do for me.
Now, StoreFeeder is working much better than my previous system and is freeing up more of my time to focus on other areas of my business.

StoreFeeder was the right move for Carvanbits. It's saving us at least 5 hours everyday. The software is very complex, same time easy to use. If any problems, it was resolved same day. Now we don't have to cop/paste orders manually and our inventory level is accurate. It's all in one WMS solution and the payment tiers depends from the size of your business. Using Storefeeder has made dispatching orders much quicker by pulling them all into one place and automating the label printing too. It's definitely given me more time.

Some things are a little clunky / awkward but I think that as I learn more and use the system more, the clunks will become clicks. I certainly won't be getting rid of Storefeeder!

It was Jordan who helped with the onboarding and if I ever have any queries, he either helps promptly or passes the enquiry up the chain. Thumbs up from me.

Storefeeder have provided our WMS system for the past 7 years. We have been impressed with its capabilities and scalability. It is also intuitive to use for both experienced and new users. If we have any issues the Storefeeder team resolve quickly and efficiently.

Vintage Trainers has used Storefeeder for our platform integration since we started. The software works really well. Fast updates to the platform integrations. It is easy to use (you do get an onboarding process too), especially the spreadsheet ability to bulk update products / orders / listings / etc.
The customer service is efficient and knowledgeable.
Overall this is a better, reliable and more COST EFFECTIVE solution than some of the other US based software offers (i have used them).

Super company, you can talk to actual humans for once, we’ve been with StoreFeeder since v1, so around 12-13 years. We have 8 staff on it everyday and is faultless most of the time. Server up time us 99% without doubt.
