Having used a few systems that offer similar results I can honestly say that Storefeeder is the most Intuative and easiest to set up. The set up contact, Kane, was knowledgable and friendly and easy to build rapport with. Overall a great experience and a great product. Well done guys.

Store feeder is such an amazing system, it has streamlined our Ecommerce orders and Listings.
Harry in particular has been amazing with our onboarding. He was always there and did everything to ensure the process was as smooth as possible.

We recently moved from another provider due to constant outage and bugs within their systems and constantly having to double check everything we did with them. So far in we are extremley pleased with the storefeeder system, everything seems so easy, effortless and well thought out, the only one thing so far we have found is that there isn't a customer watch feature which I think is currently being considered. The only one problem for us was the time it took to change over with 2000skus on a multiple of platforms, however I appreciate it is different for each business. Be prepared to be patient (which I don't have!) if it takes a little longer than scheleded. I can honestly say it will be worth the wait in the long run.

StoreFeeder. Well, what can we say? It does what it says on the tin - automates 99% of shipping and integration making day to day selling a doddle. Cannot praise the onboarding team enough, particularly Harry James who has given us time and patience to set up what initially looks like a complicated system. However, once the rules are in place it is easy to use and has given us so much more time to devote to other areas of our business. We particularly love the Royal Mail integration and the fact it also pools all our orders from Amazon, Etsy, Not on the High Street, eBay, Faire and Shopify all into one simple order overview. One click and hundreds of orders can be automatically dispatched.
The onboarding process does take time but it's totally worth it, Harry has been really patient and given us as much time as we needed to get it up and running efficiently and the support team, especially Jordan are always on hand should a problem occur.
We're excited to have StoreFeeder helping us to grow as a business every step of the way.

I've been using their software for years. Its multi-channel integrations and intuitive user interface are extremely well designed, they regularly roll out new features which help us grown as a business. I just wish that we could use their full service with warehouse and distribution within the EU.

This is a personal message to Kane from handystraps from day 1 of implementing the system he was absolutely fantastic he was patient all the way through for the last 4-6weeks to get this up and running for us he worked hard to get all the changed we needed on the invoice system + many more things needed we will continue with this system for the foreseeable future and he deserves a massive pay rise haha many thanks Dan Handystraps

We onboarded with StoreFeeder a few months ago. We have a rather large and complex inventory at times and there have been some teething issues, which is to be expected and normal in this process. The onboarding process itself was one of detail and attention – which is critical in the initial set up.
We have to thank Jack in particular, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with especially during lockdown when everyone was working remotely, Jack was so professional and available whenever needed, he was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely helpful and patient with us and nothing was ever too much. Jacks demeanour put us at complete ease and he encouraged us to ask questions (we asked a lot of questions) and always got back to us with the relevant information and when Jack needed to pull in the extended team, he did just that. Jack arranged weekly catch up meetings or more if needed which enabled us to keep on top of the process and where we were with ticking tasks off the check list as such.
Such a daunting and huge change was made that much manageable with the attention and understanding given to us by Jack. We built up a great rapport with him and personally I found Jack to be brilliant and a real asset to the StoreFeeder team.
This process of changing from one system to another is no easy feat and we were definite novices in the amount of detail required to achieve the switch over however Jack and the team were there to help us when needed.
We’ve been with StoreFeeder for a few months now and we are still learning – we have had to change some of our processes to fit within the system, which we had anticipated but overall we are very pleased with the move to StoreFeeder . Other processes StoreFeeder were willing and ensured that our main warehouse requirements were met as those particular processes were crucial to our business and for them to be in the format that we needed them to be.
As with any change there are processes that you didn’t factor in or operations within the system that are different to what is expected; that will always be but with continued support we know that these will be dealt with and actioned.
We find the support team to be very responsive and quick in helping us when we need assistance.

We had been searching for a new order fulfillment platform for over 12 months. Having never even heard of StoreFeeder, it was a great surprise to have the name dropped into the conversation with a major competitor!
Long story short, we made a phone call to StoreFeeder and spoke with Kane in the first instance.
We had a lot of questions as we are a unique proposition in many ways and have fallen short with so many other people in this sector.
Kane answered most of our questions right away and then we signed up for a demo.
Dan helped us through the demo and we felt safe and secure in signing up there and then.
Kane steps in again to help us through the onboarding phase.
I won't lie, this phase can be a steep learning curve and patience is required at this point. You are giving your business in full over to a company you've never heard of and this can be quite daunting!
Fear not.... Kane was on hand throughout the entire process and pretty much handled all of our inquiries from day one with relative ease.
On occasion, I may have sent some stressful shouty emails but as always Kane responded in a very professional manner. Always calm and understanding of the situation. We highly recommend Kane (give him a pay rise) and all the guys we've dealt with so far at StoreFeeder.
Sure, there's a huge amount to learn but the system is very powerful and is now starting to save us a lot of time daily, so we can expand our business and look into new areas of development.
The monthly price is not too bad either compared to some of the competition.
We recommend StoreFeeder and hopefully we'll remain loyal customers for years to come!

It took us a few months to set up Storefeeder as some of the tasks were quite time consuming. We do have a lot of items plus never used Excel before which was needed to do spreadsheets and inputting the information about your products. I would definitely recommend that you give all your items a SKU no and know the weights of every item before you sign up. I honestly would not have done it without Kane Landa from the Onboarding team he was brilliant and very patient with me, nothing was too much trouble and was very good at explaining things. Definitely an asset to the Company !
We are now live and using Storefeeder every day to manage our online business. I'm still learning but believe Storefeeder will save us time and money in the future and help us move forward and grow.

Due to declining service levels and increasing costs (a combination of Volo and Peoplevox), we started looking for a "One Stop Shop". A system that could provide us with the features that we were used to, with having to compromise much. We looked at a few different systems but we kept coming back to Storefeeder.
The transition went smoothly thanks to the help of Jack. We had all of our warehouse, listings and products ready to go within 3 months! The support was (and still is) exceptional and we are able now to focus on sales and growing our business.

I strongly recommend store feeder. Store feeder is particularly a good solution for inventory control and easy to process orders; it saves lots of time. Cost wise cheaper than others. On boarding team and Customer care is brilliant! Any kind issues or technical support they will handle instantly.
