Delivery of box was quick.
However, for various reasons, I do not agree with going digital BT!
I believe people should have a choice!

I recently ordered a pair of Premium Digital Cordless Phones from the BT Store. They arrived very promptly and were easy to install and use. Most important of all, they were accompanied by a well produced Set-up and User Guide to refer to, something which, unfortunately, happens less and less often these days.

It would have been five stars, the delivery and the product were very good BUT you have sent the connection from the battery pack to the modem which doesn't fit.
It seems to be a 3mm to a 5mm connection, so whilst the 3mm adapter does fit, the 5mm doesn't.
That means that I paid £90 approx. for a battery pack that does not function at all.

Could this be that I received a connection for an EE modem when I have a BT modem. Who knows

Ordered HP Ink ....delivered in less than 24 hours for a price less than 90% of all other suppliers , just what he doctor ordered ...

Brought the premium home phone triple set to replace my old set which had stopped charging. Good looking set the only gripe I would have is that the green accept button doesn’t illuminate, so in the dark it is difficult to find. Please rectify this B T as I think I mentioned that on the last set I brought.

I need BT Shop... EE services are very bad

Bought a ps5 bundle deal.
Missing the included game and controller.
Futhermore the manuals were all dogeared, suggesting pre access.
BT/EE shop abysmal customer service, being unhelpful and directing me to Sony, with a link to their support page with no relevant categories.
I'll never be buying from them again, don't recommend anyone will buy consoles from them.
Have been a customer for many years and this is how they are treating me.

A few months ago I was due to have full fibre broadband installed and unfortunately SEVEN times they got the wrong address. I have now asked for it to be installed again so here's hoping they get the proper address this time for the engineer.
