Ordered my phone they have not…

Ordered my phone they have not delivered it no one to call , don't reply to emails.

Not worth the hassle shop somewhere else

Update- still not received phone lost the first one. Sent the second one to the wrong adress. Third one is now undergoing security checks. Still no call and very slow email responce.

Terrible aftercare from ee. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Poor Customer After Sales

Store. EE Customer Sales service is so bad at responding to emails. You can't call them, so they have the shield of hiding behind a computer.
None response to emails leaves customers so frustrated. They don't even have the curtesy automated response. So I have no idea if they are handling my concerns.
Now the rant aside.
I ordered an iPhone which came in reasonable time. However as a part promotion they said they would include a free case.
I did not necessarily expect them to come together but still I await the case. Frustratingly however nothing has appeared and I can't even get an email response.
Surely you can do better EE

Store.ee have no customer services…

Store.ee have no customer services phone number.
They have an email address, but ignore any messages sent.
I ordered a TV which was in stock. They took payment.
The order is stuck on "processing", and the TV is now out of stock.
The cancel button doesn't work.
What the hell am I supposed to do now? Wait until January?
I could have ordered from a company with customer services instead, and I suggest that's what you should do. Steer well clear of store.ee!!!!

Overall great service and price!

After reading some poor reviews, I've been very impressed with Store EE. I bought two sets of JBL headphones on separate orders. Both were at a very good price and the postage was free. Communication from Store EE was good and the headphones were delivered in under 2 days.

totally lied about the delivery time scale

purchased an item from them on Monday the 28th of October 2024.
they made out it would take 1-3 days till delivery
but I checked on my order late on the evening of Friday the 1st November 2024.
it is still showing as in processing how can it take 4 days to process your own product
they totally deceived me
and I would not recommend them it was more expensive than Amazon I only went for it because they intermated that it would only take 3 days. what a CON

Not Delivered & Impossible to Contact

Ordered Playstation 5 bundle with £9.99 next day delivery

Needless to say item was not even dispatched let alone delivered, no contact number to phone the store to ask about the order (which is separate to EE customer services). I cancelled my order and went elsewhere, won't shop here again

Absolutely terrible taken my money and no product

I ordered a watch which I paid £749 in full
I am still awaiting delivery although online it still telling me 2/3 days.
I have emailed 5/6 times NO reply
Called numerous times only to be told you have to email the online store…. For such a big company this is diabolical. EE have taken my £750 and not getting back to me about a watch. I have paid for disgusting.

Free Next Day Delivery

I usually order ink from Argos for my printer, but they were out of stock. I did a Google search, and it showed EE stock it, and for cheaper then Argos. Additionally it was with free delivery! Placed order on 1/10, ordered received 2/10, next day delivery for free! I’m very impressed. Order SO09217809

Pixel Watch 3 - Still Nothing 3.5 weeks later

Ordered a smart watch over 2 weeks ago - still in the 'Order Processed' state, contacted numerous times and get no answer other than we are looking into it there is an investigation we will call back tomorrow, that call never comes.
Absolutely shambolic

This is basically a scam

Yesterday I've ordered the new iPhone here because I needed it with quite urgency, it was stated that there was availability (there still is), and I paid 10£ to get the express shipping (that also made me select the same day as delivery date, and only after making the purchase the effective date changed to today, but that's okay). Only this morning - when the order was supposed to be already in transit - I received a mail with a necessary check that was blocking the delivery (???????????) that requested personal documents and bills to avoid fraud. How me paying money to buy a phone is fraud???????????? After sending immediately the documents (I could also talk about privacy here, and how these documents should be sent and stored, but I don't think no one here is ready for this conversation), I didn't get a response, I didn't get a status update, I don't think my order was even shipped, and I paid 10£ for a premium service?????? I tried to contact the customer service that is NON-EXISTENT, you put on a request for customer service and they will get back to you in the next 24 hours????????? How is this not scam???????

Not great

Where do I start. Item never received, I ended up cancelling the order in the end.

Firstly, items that are listed as "in stock" doesn't necessarily mean that they are in stock with the store. I had ordered a new iPhone that was listed as in stock but had to be dispatched from their supplier.

Secondly, the shipping times that are listed as 1-3 days are a lie. I ended up waiting nearly a week and the item wasn't even dispatched.

Finally, if you need to contact the store for any issue don't expect a reply any time soon. There is no phone number to ring them. All contact is either through a callback or e-mails. I requested a callback and never got it, e-mail contact took a full working day before I heard back.

Reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because they cancelled the order and refunded me promptly (again 1 full working day).

If you expect a prompt service go elsewhere

Avoid at all costs

Bought and paid for a laptop. Website crashed during purchase and I never received confirmation so I ordered again. Turned out I’d ordered and paid twice. Had to cancel one order. Paid for express delivery on the other. Supposed to be delivered the next morning. Got contacted asking for copy of utility bill and passport. Never had this before. I stupidly sent my details to them as asked. Haven’t heard anything back since and still waiting to hear whether they are sending the laptop. No customer service line. I’m cancelling the order and considering contacting the police and the information commissioner about data theft. Avoid this online store!!

I received this email from the EE shop…

I received this email from the EE shop today and will never buy anything from this dodgy cowboy outfit (IMO) ever again. As stated I'll be forwarding it to Barclay cards fraud team and probably have to claim my money back from what used to be the very reliable BT Shop.

Why does this business believe it's acceptable to demand sensitive PII data which should never be sent via email even with silly password protection, I work in finance, and we are trained expressly on PII law. This makes me very uncomfortable; my suspicion is that they are collecting and selling on this PII data commercially and potentially into the black-market sellers on the dark web.

I will also forward this to the Barclaycard fraud team as this item has already being paid for on my Barclaycard where I have cover agains't this kind of sinister practice.

Explain how there is any possibility of fraud when you have a confirmed payment already from Barclaycard. Don't even attempt to use the excuse of delayed payments from credit card companies or their charges. You chose to allow credit cards and advertise their availability, that is on your business.

You are demanding PII information from me which is protected under several acts of Parliament and EU Law, notably GDPR 1976/679 and The Data Protection Act 2018. You can explain this to Barclaycards legal team and to trading standards.

State immediately if you are dispatching this paid for item to me or immediately refunding the full cost.

Cardiff - Fraud!!

On the 9th of February I took out a new phone contract with EE and they offered a great deal with broadband as well. The guys in the store were very friendly, helpful and explained everything in detail to me. However, there was an issue with the promotion being added for the broadband. After some help from the manager, the gentleman was unable to process the promotion offer despite the promotion stating it was on offer from the 9th February. The manager advised to process the broadband and there was a high chance we would be charged £37.99 for the first bill along with the £30.00 starter set up fee but if this did happen, to return to the store and EE would get this sorted for us, as the promotion offer stated the broadband should be £29.99 PCM and no set up fee. Our first broadband bill came through and we were charged £67.99, so we returned to the EE store on 14th March and spoke to a different member of the team. The women we spoke to was able to contact the original gentleman who verified the information we were relaying, and he had photo evidence of the promotion offer. She spoke with EE helpdesk and verified the contract we had which stated our broadband should be £29.99 PCM and no set up fee, however EE helpdesk said there was nothing they could do. She then instructed us she would process a complaint on our behalf to get this resolved. She stated she would contact me with an update. After two weeks of not hearing anything I contacted the Cardiff St.David Store myself and spoke with the same women, who said she would double check if there had been an update and call me back. I never heard from her or the EE store. I then returned to the store again on the 5th April due to having been charged a 2nd time of £37.99 and we had to explain the situation again to a new staff member. However, the gentleman who had originally helped us with the new phone contract and broadband contract overheard and confirmed everything we were saying. The EE store contacted EE helpdesk again and the same thing happened as the month before, the EE manager came and spoke to us and advised that he would get this sorted and someone would contact us to advise if they would be refunding us with credit and the plan going forward to resolve the incorrect payment plan. However, it has been three weeks and we have heard nothing. We are extremely disappointed with the managing of the situation as the store employees have always been friendly and lovely to speak with. They all have great customer service skills, however the fact no one has resolved this or followed this up when they said they would, makes us question if we were just being “fobbed off” every time we made the effort to come into the Cardiff store.
This has caused a massive inconvenience for us, as we do not reside nor work in the Cardiff area, so we have made the effort to specifically to return to their store, and we are expecting our first child, so saving money has been our main priority over the coming months. We are now out of pocket by £55 and this figure will keep increasing every month we are charged incorrectly. It baffles us that we are being charged £37.99 (due to increase to £40.99 PCM) when we have a signed contract on the 9th February stating we agreed to £29.99 PCM. We believe the manager of the store should have taken charge of our situation, to ensure consistency, a direct point of contact and due to the severity of the situation as this is technically fraud. The manager of the store was present both time we came back to try and resolve this.

Not great!

Not great! I cancelled an order which was not needed, in plenty of time, and although told on the phone it was definitely cancelled. It was not! it has now been shipped. So the customer services man did not really check it properly...although he was convincing. For EE Store, please check order SO09006740.

EE Store at Breahead Shocking Service

EE Store at Breahead sold a phone to a 75 year old Woman who didn't have Broadband so couldn't even set the phone up and then refused to take the phone back as the phone in no way met the expectations. Manager attitude was shocking and didn't care that his staff mis-sold a product to a pensioner.

Vulnerable physically mentally ill ..live alone ESA 129.50 week income pay council tax ,water ,electric phone line .mobile has no reception I'm mostly housebound ..pay for both ...I'm drained called today hour energy lady .I spoke to a lady 31 October who's phoning me 8 january to do contract no notes on file no idea who she is or if she's phoning 8 january as promised .I can't afford the price given today plus in a month's time increased 13.9 last year ...no TV only contact outside world they don't care one bit ....if I open complaint you only close it apauled I'm I'll ...whereas universal credit claimants its 15 pound a month

3 weeks since order. Sent preowned now trying to make me pay for return.

3 weeks after placing an order I have still not received what I paid for.

Delivery should have been in 1 to 3 days. I took two days off work to ensure I was in all of those three days and they lied about attempting delivery twice. I was then told they couldn't deliver as they didn't have my address.

Then after 10days had to collect it myself as they are too incompetent to deliver.

When I collected the box was damaged like it had been thrown around and upon opening the xbox was preowned and covered in fingerprints, packaging already open and the gane missing.

I've now told them 3 times I want a replacement and given the address as requested but they are ignoring whatever I say and have now sent me an email saying that my refund will take 28 days and I have to pay to return it to them because I told them I do not want it.

They refuse to let me speak with a manager.
