Great customer service
Great customer service! Good coffee selection. Rapid turnaround, from ordering to delivery. Love the complimentary Yorkshire flapjacks! Even when I mistakenly ordered Ground instead of my usual Whole Beans, they rectified the issue immediately by sending out a replacement bag of whole beans and me the Lee the ground beans, avoiding the hassle of return shipping!

Cafeology Limited makes coffee beans purchase easy. Having tried almost all the types of coffee beans they sell, my husband has chosen two varieties. When I need to reorder I pop to the website, duplicate the previous order and within 3-5 days the coffee beans arrive without fail. What more could I ask?

Great small company ethos
