I received amazing customer service…
I received amazing customer service from this company. I had mistakenly ordered one bag of ground coffee and one bag of whole beans. The company noticed the error right away and called me promptly to confirm if it was a misorder on my part. I confirmed it was, and the issue was resolved quickly. Their delivery was also very speedy. I had my first cup of Cooling Towers coffee this morning and I am thoroughly impressed with the taste. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

Your service is very good
Your service is very good. Unfortunately your courier DPD failed to give the same service. The delivery driver reported could not deliver as nobody home supporting this with a photograph of a property he was trying to deliver to. We recognised this as a new build on our road being a house not yet complete and clearly unoccupied forcing us to collect from DPD agent as redelivery would probably go to the place.

In order to resolve this we have contacted DPD to arrange a PIN to be added to avoid mis deliveries on future orders and this note will be updated when we have had their response.
