Inconvenience the Storage shed I had booked was locked and no one there to unlock it for over 2 hours
I had the Truck movers drive from Tauranga too your Storage King in Ormiston Road, and they had started to load my truck at 5.45 am on the 27th April. The previous day I had phoned Storage King and spoke to the lady and was told that all the Truck driver needed was a padlock to lock the Storage shed I had booked, and she gave me the Code to drive into the Depot, she said the storage shed would be unlocked. BUT when the truck had driven for over 3 hours had gone there to find the storage shed I had booked, was locked with a padlock. The drivers phoned me and we both tried to get in touch with Storage King to find out why it was locked. It took over 2 hours for someone to arrive at the Storage King and unlock the padlock for the movers to unload. This was incorrect information and I was not HAPPY at all, knowing that I had been told the day before it would be unlocked and I want more than 'I am sorry' for the inconvenience this caused.

Friendly service and great experience
Friendly service. Free use of their trailer. Accomodating with our storage requirements and then just letting us get on with it until our time was up. Such a great experience all round thanks guys. Definitely use you guys again. Jacqueline

Very quick & positive experience
I’d never booked storage before and was a bit stressed as I was unexpectedly in between houses. The team at Storage King Botany South were instantly welcoming, the manager walked me to my unit, was easy to talk to, answered all my questions and asked me questions of his own. Upon inspection I realised the unit I had originally purchased online wasn’t big enough for my belongings so we worked new options out together on the spot. Thank you team for making a stressful situation so seamless and easy for me, it was one less thing for me to have to worry about. I walked away feeling a lot more confident and knowledgeable!
Definitely recommend 😊

Incredibly easy and wonderful experience...
Was going through a horrible breakup and had no where to take my things. Storage king south botany made the process so much more easier and less hassle free. They took care of my belongings, helped guide me through the process of signing up and registering for a unit and getting a lock and key for it. It was a wonderful experience. I'd recommend this service to anyone and everyone who is in need of storage. Not to mention the pricing was brilliant. Special shout out to Mark and Mannu for all their incredibly hard work and wonderful demeanor. What incredible people. ♡

Quick and simple
Quick and simple. We moved half of our household items to get our house ready for sale and were able to do it so easily.
Getting in and out is fairly simple and they have trolleys to assist with taking things upstairs without any hassle.
Friendly staff are very helpful as well
