Best place to stay, felt like home away from home

This is my second time to stay at the cottages. Wonderful as before.
Can't wait until I can come again

We loved our stay at Stonehill Cottages. This was our second year staying here and it just got better! The house, the lake, the activities were all great!

This was our second trip up from Florida and will continue to return yearly. We stayed both trips in the Farm House. All of the new things to do were super. The fishing was excellent, catching numerous catfish of all sizes and perch right off the dock. There were no bait shops near by; Walmart had equipment. No need to worry; hotdogs and sandwich ham works great. The only issue we encountered were some pesky flies. Not sure why, possibly the time of year, or our proximity to the trash dumpster and wind. Mike is aware of it and working on it. Mike and his family have built a wonderful place to relax, play and visit other attractions.

This is our second time staying here. We had a group of 17 adults and 7 kids. We had 4 of their cabins. Beautiful views all around and all the accommodation you would need / want. We can't say enough about how great the service and assistance was. Will definitely be back again.

We loved the Bethesda Point Lake House. The house is absolutely beautiful and has a great view of the lake. The owners did a wonderful job with the design, layout and decor of this house. It is picture perfect. The grandkids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing. We ran into a couple who told us to visit Little Missouri Falls. It was one of the highlights for the grandkids. Wonderful swimming hole and waterfalls to experience.

We love it here! The addition of the lake is wonderful. We kayaked for the first time and loved it! We came home and bought 2 kayaks lol. It is a shame that guests have not taken better care of the kayaks :(
The reason for 4 stars: The floors were not very clean and there were dirty dishes on the stacks of dishes on the shelves.
Also, I recommend having two fly swatters in each cottage!

Beautiful and accommodating lake house. Enjoyed swimming and fishing, and using the kayaks. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway with family or friends.

The Rose Cottage exceeded our expectations. The cottage was so cozy and comfortable. The beds were amazing. We will definitely return one day.
The only recommendation I would suggest would possibly placing a map in the cottage of the property.

My family reserved five cottages including the lake house for a long weekend. Each was beautiful inside and out. They had everything we needed and were so comfortable, from the beds, linens and towels to the patio furniture and multiple rocking chairs. The lake is more like a pond, but we enjoyed pedal boating, kayaking, learning to paddle board, fishing and playing around the dock. The solar string lights and natural springs added to the ambiance.

wonderful experience at Stonehill Cottages, rustic and elegant cabin, so comfortable. awesome wrap around porch. grounds were well kept, the lake was a treasure, grandkids had such joy catching fish after fish.... well located cabin nestled in between downtown Mena and Wolf Pen Gap for all our trail riding fun.....100% we will return one day.... we stayed in the Quarter house, and the only 2 down sides to be completely fair, was the screen on the front door was ripped at the bottom and needed repair, and the towels had a few stains and could have been whiter. otherwise we had an amazing time. tkyou

This was the 2nd time my wife & I have stayed here. The cottages are clean & very well maintained. We love the serene atmosphere of the area. The lake is very enjoyable, canoes & paddle boats are provided for a fun-filled afternoon.
I'm positive we will come back return in the near future.

By far the most relaxing vacation we have ever had! The location is perfection, the house was beautiful, clean and well cared for. Mena, Arkansas is an affordable hidden gem! You know its a true vacation when mom comes home relaxed!

We stayed at the lake house, and it was amazing. There is so much to do on the lake our 4 kids never got bored. We loved the drive to Wolf Pen Gap and Little Missouri Falls. We will be back!

Family trip to ride the wolf pen gap, was extremely surprised how nice the cottages were. We rented the quarter house and my lil girl loved the huge 2 person soaker bathtub. The beds are so comfortable we purchased one when we got back. We plan on staying here every time we come ride.
