Great service - delivery came when expected. The paving stones were the best we could have got and being able to get them in a smaller number was super.

Excellent product - very happy with it. I used Blue Circle Slab Layer and they went down very easily. To avoid lifting, I wetted the underside of the slabs first and they seem solid. I would not recommend using this as the "fill-in" - it's too granular. This is not the fault of the slabs, of course - they are great!

Two things: one a mistake, and one a comment on the product. First off, Stonecrete pasted the wrong delivery note to the wrong pallet, so we received the wrong delivery. Stonecrete rectified this as quickly as they could, but it took some 3 weeks to do so. Winter then intervened, and I wasn't able to install the cills until mid-April, over 5 months later than planned.

Second, the cills seem very friable; they chip and mark very easily. Just moving one of the incorrectly delivered cills caused it to develop a hairline crack. I'm not sure how to protect them for the long term.

At Stonecrete I finally found the paving slabs I needed to extend a circle I had put down some years before from a different source and now unavailable. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the items were packed onto a pallet and very well wrapped and secure. I was kept informed re the delivery by the carriers and all went very smoothly.
