Order arrived on time but when we'd cut all the bands & started to set them out for laying discovered that around 40% of them were of an inconsistent thickness on some edges. They're meant to be 38mm overall but tapered down to as little as 25mm on one or more side. I would have asked for them to be replaced but this would have delayed finishing the job & throwing away half the mortar that had already been mixed !

I felt ordering slabs online would be a challenge but not being able to find anything suitable in local stockists I turned to the internet to see if it was possible. Of course it was and Stonecrete Direct made the process as simple and pain free as it could be. A great selection of products with good pictures and descriptions to help you make an informed choice without being able to see the slabs.
Choice made, I felt the pricing point was fair for the product purchased.
Delivery quoted at 2-3 weeks but arrived much quicker with good communication throughout the process.
The slabs were very well packaged and we experienced no damage at all in the shipment.
Will certainly look to purchase from Stonecrete again when needed rather than looking at the more traditional stockists.
