I had a great time, actors were hilarious and they played their characters to perfection.

We attended the event for birthday celebrations on Sunday 25th August 2024.
We all had such a fantastic time.
This is my 2nd murder I’ve been too.
The actors were fantastic. The amount of thought and effort that goes into it all, is very apparent.
We loved all the cast, the crazy Cat lady was great and made us laugh, and Kazza and Dazza were fantastic. Especially Kazza who stole the show. Her over the top portrayal of a ‘Chav’ was brilliant. Especially the make up!
I cannot emphasis enough how much we enjoyed the night.
The food was amazing! Great hotel staff at The Barn and Spa.

It was very reasonable on the price, excellent value for money for the event and a 3 course meal.

We can’t wait for the next one.

This was my first ever murder mystery experience, what a fantastic evening! Great storyline, brilliant acting, and lots of clues to help you solve the mystery. Highly recommend it to anyone, whether it be for a date night, a gathering with your friends or family, or to mark a special occasion. Well done to everyone involved, it was so well organised! Will definitely be back to give it another go in the future.

It was an excellent mystery, the actors were amazing and they walked around every table giving you plenty of time to listen in and ask probing questions. It felt like being part of a soap episode where every character was a suspect. Sit back and enjoy the performance. The entire room stood up to applaud at the end. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely recommend would 10000000% come again. As a first time doing a murder mystery event, this will be very hard to beat. Well done to all actors and staff

We attended "Murder Beyond the Manor" back in February, which was our second murder experience. The whole evening was excellent. The cast were really professional and friendly. The plot was great, with lots of twists and turns and red herrings. The food was fab. The hotel was better than our first stay (had a bit of a flood overnight, so two of our party had to move rooms) but its great to be able to use the spa facilities whilst there. We will certainly be attending more murder evenings.

I had such a great time with my friends and it was a memorable evening with great entertainment, plots and twists. The performances were capturing and the performers interacted well with the audience. We had a great time and would come back again the plot line was well thought out and executed. I would definitely return and I know it will be a great evening with friends and family!! 5 stars!!

I attended an event a few months ago at Grantham The Barn hotel and Spa.
It was my first ever murder mystery.
The event was amazing. It such a unique experience.
The staff at the hotel were really friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing!
The actors were so good, especially the character Tammy. She really looked the chav part.
Overall it was a fantastic evening and really reasonably priced.

It was a 3 course meal from a set menu. The food was excellent quality and there was a disco afterwards.

This is definitely something I will attend again.
