In today's environment of new technology changing at pace, it was a delight to see the Stiebel Engineer arrive on site fully equipped to do the job with a documented series of tasks and tests. A very pleasant and highly competent engineer, a credit to the company. Checking and tuning the system gave me confidence that we will continue to have a fault free installation and indeed we might even see the cost of the visit in part, if not full, be covered by the savings in energy required to run the system. If I were Stiebel-Eltron I would make much more noise about this service. GAR

Stiebel recently carried out our annual service. A fault was found and a replacement part fitted within a few days. The engineer Steve was very thorough and informative. Great service, thanks Stiebel.

We moved to a new build home with a Stiebel Eltron system fitted last year. It's efficient and reliable. Just had an annual service done by the company - knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. We're very pleased with the system and service.

We had our air source heat pump serviced by Steve. He was friendly, efficient and completed the service quickly without any hassle. He answered all our questions and explained recommendations and next steps.

Kelvin our service engineer was very knowledgeable and gave me complete confidence in what he was doing.

The team at Steibel service and maintain our ASHP and the service is first class. The 24/7 monitoring of the performance of the ASHP system ensures any system issues are identified early and usually addressed online remotely. We have a yearly service visit. The team arrive on time, know what they are doing and give insights and direct feedback on your system and actions they have taken. Steve has just been to service our systems and once again was excellent!

Communication with Kyle at Head Office was very easy and he replies to emails promptly. He organised the delivery to our house of a new sacrificial anode for our GSHP water tank and this was fitted by the Stiebel engineer, Kelvin, a very professional, knowledgeable and helpful chap. Kyle also recommended a local plumbing company (I think they are called a Trade Partner) who were able to carry out a job very efficiently - a job that our original installers should have done free of charge, but they didn't want to help.
