In October 2003, Stewart Golf launched the X1 Remote. The world's first electric golf caddie developed specifically for remote control use.

Love the follow feature. However, the device has broken already, in the first few months. Ordering replacement parts/ service is a huge pain. Website is unfriendly. Replacement parts cannot be shipped to the same address the cart was delivered to. ????

Order came as expected. Have had the new cart out on my course 3 rounds. So far so good. My course is very hilly with many sections of cart path only. Cart handling is good. The only issue is the cart doesn’t handle downhill cart paths well. I knew this going into my purchase. A Billy goat would have issues with some of the declines, lol. It’s not a big deal since carrying my bag would not be an option. I get through 18 holes consuming approx. 70% of the battery. I have no doubts on a typical flat course one would be getting 36 holes of use.
Handling with Q follow is great. I’ve gotten many positive comments from fellow club members.
If Stewart golf needs a proving ground course. Bella Collina in San Clemente would be a fine test for future model improvements.
Overall am very satisfied with my purchase. Walking is such a pleasure!

This is the 2nd cart I’ve purchased, the first was a V7 in 2013 and I love it, really helped my game and my back! I love to walk and a mobile cart is the way to go. I just purchased a V10 and used it for the first time today, shot 76. 😎

I had a problem with my battery and they replaced it within a week. Great service. Not sure what was wrong since the battery was only 1 year old. They were very prompt and I was happy with the service. My Q follow works great again. It's around 5 years old.

Fast shipping and easy install of all four wheels. I sure hated throwing the old ones away! Seems like y’all could refurbish with new tires as the wheels were in perfect condition. Love my trolley and it has far exceeded my expectations for what I consider the best in class!

Upgraded from the XX Follow to the Q Carbon and the quality of material is a game changer. It also seems to have a more responsive remote and follow mode. It is obviously more compact for the trunk. I like the handle locking mode for transport and space for the sand bottle however there is room for improvement in the actual bottle such as a more durable plastic and an attached lid. The metal on the side works well for your magnetic range finder. Overall highly recommend as it encourages you to walk (for those who are able) without back strain from carrying which allows you to enjoy the course and plan your game. After all the pros walk and don’t carry.

I appreciate the prompt service. In would like to see if possible some sort of mesh attachment that fits in the vee made by the upright so there would be a carrying place for small items. The insulated drink cooler, drink holder and phone holder are great but something a little more is needed. Not a zippered bag but something similar to what Sun MOUNTAIN HAS

Bought a VERTX but before I ever used it, decided to upgrade to a Q Follow. Used it for the first time today. It was AWESOME!!! You can't totally tune out your clubs, but it was so much more fun than carrying my bag. I had a lot more energy for my golf game. The folks at Stewart Golf USA - especially Ashley Cole - were first class folks to work with. Very pleased with this investment - look forward to using my Q Follow for many years to come!

Product worked as intended. Shipping is a little annoying. I had to pay extra to have it held at a UPS store for me to pick up because it required me to sign for the item and I work away from home very day and they would attempt to deliver during the day. They could have just left it on my porch like every other delivery.

First round with my new Vertx "trolly" and I was impressed. My course (Garden of the Gods) in Colorado is very hilly and the cart handled it with ease. Very stable going up and down hills while maintaining a constant speed. 27 hole battery still had 47% remaining after the 18 holes. I found it easy and intuitive to control. I also really liked being able to send the cart back to me if I needed to change clubs. My only complaint is that the cart seemed wander to the left a bit regardless of terrain. Manual says this is due to weight distribution in your golf bag but most golfers have a certain way they like their bag configured. It would be nice to have a small adjustment of some sort to input a offset real time. Overall a great experience and look forward to my next round.

Ellie was great 5 stars but it took too many trys before I reached someone to help me so process is 5 stars.
Had a problem with the electric box cable from box to battery on my XIX trolley. I used the internet total of 5 times trying to get a replacement kept getting the cable for the battery. so I made my own and got it to work. Then I received a message form Ellie. She was great and I received the right cable for the electric (Bluetooth) box in about 5 days. Put it on and I am back to golfing.
