This is an update to my earlier review, where I was not particularly happy with Stewart Golf’s client care, they have subsequently reached out to me and have resolved the issue to my satisfaction to their credit. The cart itself is great and the bag I bought also is very good. It was unfortunate that I had a few issues getting issues resolved but now they have, I’m very happy with my purchase overall

One side of my handlebar broke just before warranty expiration. The same day someone ran into my cart with a golf cart bending an axle and damaging the other wheel. Stewart sent a shipping label and notified me when the cart arrived and within a few days notified me the repairs were made and the cart was on it's way back. Stewart gets 5 stars for excellent communication, super speedy service and going above and beyond to fix my issues with no stress to me.

It's been 6 months since my purchase of my Q Follow and I'm loving it! That's not to say there were some growing pains. Mostly it involved when to use follow mode and when to guide the cart by the hand. In one case, I was having the cart flow me across a walking bridge and wasn't paying attention. The cart clipped the guide rail and sent it tumbling into the ditch. Won't do that anymore! Its also taken some time to get used to sending the cart off to the next tee box whenever I'm on the green putting. Again, this is my bad for not paying attention. I've run it into curbs, tree stumps and riding carts...
Let me be clear, all of this is on me. The Q Follow works as advertised and more. I now finish my round and am more refreshed not having to push a hand cart. I've learned a lot of little tricks on the best way to use my Q Follow and can't imagine walking a course without it.
Some things I'd like to see: Seat attachment, more storage under the handle (like a bag to hold a coat, gloves and other items I shed after temperature warms up), the wheelie bar seems too short, breaking when going downhill to maintain a constant speed (it now speeds up and is out of control), the compartment that holds the scorecard and pencil is too small and should be able to hold more items. This is my wish list...
If you like to walk a course, get this cart!

This is for a warranty repair, where Stewart was sending me packaging to return my cart. Two weeks later, and I have yet to receive it.

I golf daily. I walk a difficult hilly and sometimes wet course all in the name of a recent stroke recovery. This equates to 30+ miles per week. Unfortunately my machine started making a noise in a motor and a battery quit charging. In the 3 months of hard use, cleaning and up/down storage I was likely (more than likely?) a bit rough on it. Stewart customer care quickly had a return label ready after a few videos showing the issues. Keeping the box helped expedite the process! They diagnosed it, repaired it and returned it with minimal downtime. The support team provided constant and prompt communication during the entire process. I received it, tested it out and all is good. Thank you Gabriel, Ellie, Nathan and those that fixed my little blue caddy. I am happy to report she will be back on the course tomorrow. I promise to be a bit more gentle with her around moisture moving forward.
