Every Stewart Golf caddie is meticulously built by hand at our Great British headquarters, before being shipped and distributed from our facility in Reno, NV. Our United States head office can be found in Houston, Tx.

Changing How The World Plays Golf

In October 2003, Stewart Golf launched the X1 Remote. The world's first electric golf caddie developed specifically for remote control use.

Fast forward 20 years and this core concept - that golf should be played with zero ties to your equipment, so you can fully appreciate your surroundings and focus entirely on your game - still guides us. The introduction of Follow technology in 2014 set Stewart Golf apart from the crowd, fast becoming known in the golf industry as The Leader In Follow. This technology offers golfers everywhere a unique hands-free experience, allowing them to completely disconnect from their equipment, focus on their game and save energy for when it matters most.

We've been selling golf caddies in the USA almost as long as we've been building them. In 2015 we made the decision to establish our own business there to help build awareness of walking golf, and of course our own dream machines. Added Value/going the extra mile to satisfy a persistant problem

During the past 3 years, I have had a situation with an electric golf trolley produced by Stewart Golf Company. The X10 Trolley is the most beautifully designed walking cart and I would say it is the Mercedes of golf carts. My specific unit had issues that were unusual and required extra patience and customer service hand holding. The staff at Stewart Golf in Houston, Tx was extremely patient and offered at their expense to correct these issues. I have a customer service/sales background and what this team did was definitely over the top in customer satisfaction. I cannot thank them enough. Rob Franco

X7 Remote upgrade to X10 Follow

The Stewart Golf team received my X7 remote unit, contacted me quickly, provided all the info I needed about the itemized parts list and pricing to upgrade my unit to the X10 Follow. In addition, the CSR went above and beyond to source a broken part and offered a customer loyalty discount to make up for my poor experience along this upgrade journey.

The Customer service communication is…

The Customer service communication is very spotty. It takes days to get anyone that will move the case forward. Once the problem is diagnosed and a plan is agreed to things went better. What should have taken days took weeks. I am satisfied with the result just disappointed in the communication time.

WOW, this trolley is great!!

WOW, I had no idea how great this trolley was going to be, Stewy is the best! He fits in the car and is not too heavy, He is very easy to use, turns on a dime, goes on all the hills and valleys and the best part is the width of the wheels keeps him upright, I have played 4 rounds and have not tipped him over, can't say that for friends of mine that have other carts. he is easy to fold together and easy to take the battery out and charge it. I am very happy with the purchase, and the customer service reps Ellie and Gabriel have been fantastic, and my scores have been lower and get to swing my arms when I walk and get the exercise of walking a round of golf, thanks so much,,steve

The Vertx is a GREAT product

The Vertx is a GREAT product! Works well not as fast as I thought it was. My bag is 36 pound but gets the Job done! Tackles all hills, can't be crazy with steep hills traveling horizontal (Law of Gravity)

Anyway I bought your product.#SGUSA25278(Henry Shim)

I ordered your company's products, but I canceled one order first and ordered something else, but I'm dissatisfied that the process is too slow and the consumer's desired items are not being handled immediately. My previous order number is #SGUSA25247, but the refund money has not yet been deposited into my credit card.

Unfortunately, your original order had already been processed and handed over to the courier by the time the change was requested, so it was too late for us to re-route or amend it. That trolley is still on its way to your address.
Once it arrives, please let us know and we will arrange for it to be picked up from you. As soon as the collection is confirmed, we’ll send out the correct trolley with the extended battery as agreed. Once the original trolley is back with us, we’ll also be able to process the refund.

I ordered some winter tires for wet…

I ordered some winter tires for wet weather. They were delivered in a timely fashion and I tried them out. They were easy to install and worked exactly as you would expect. They provide good traction going up slopes that are wet and slippery.

Buyer beware, buy at your clubs’ risk

The cart I received was defective. It would run away when pressing the “follow” button and fall constantly - about 5 times - damaging the Gilmore 2 putter that
my wife purchased. When I addressed this with customer service, they did not listen to my actual complaint or watch the videos of the issue. I had finally gotten them to accept a return begrudgingly. However, they ended up not giving me a full return on my entire purchase. As such,
I felt it necessary to leave this review.

I wouldn’t purchase this just at the risk of damaging your clubs. If you’re looking for a follow cart, buy if you’re willing to risk damaging your clubs.

- In response to Stewart Golf on this thread. I sent the video via file collaboration via collaborated Apple Folder, so file size was not an issue.
- Apparently the button clearly labeled “Follow” requires additional setup beyond their youtube and paper instructions show.
- Still no response to why I did not receive full refund.

We did, however, thoroughly assess the issue based on the information available. The partial refund was due to accessories that had been used and couldn’t be resold.

From what you described, it sounds like the trolley may not have been set up correctly, or the golf bag could have benefited from more weight at the base, both of which can affect balance and performance. However we’ll pass on your feedback to our developments team for future designs.

Electrical System issues quickly fixed…

My cart had a few issues with the electrical system not working properly. The Stewart team immediately responded and took action to ensure I was back on the grass ASAP. I’m really appreciative of their efforts to keep me happy as a client;)

Exceptional Technical Service from top Stewart team members

Exceptional. For some reason my cart was bought thru a reseller and didn't register in the Stewart system correctly so when my remote got fried from a surge in power a little work had to be done to find the correct cart frequency which was done and got me back up and running. A huge thank you to Rick Carlson in Stewart's tech (and I believe their COO) which tells you how they view their customers when a problem arises, they get the right people (regardless of title) involved to solve the problem. Thank you Rick and the USA Stewart Team for getting my cart back up and running. I also am still loving my Stewart Q Follow as much as the day I bought it. Like having a caddy following me around!!
