It was the first time I had used this company and I had several issues. I found them to be very unhelpful.
Parts were missing, a pair of frames came that were should have been the same height came in different sizes so were not compatible, there was poor communication on the inception of the account which caused me major issues and they were completely unwilling to help. Also whilst trying to sort out the issues they closed at 3pm so I couldn't speak to anyone.

Window and door order
I order windows and doors from the team when various jobs arise, and have done so numerous times in the past. Michael and Jim are great guys to deal with and always very professional. The guys are also on hand to provide help and advice if required. I usually deal with Jim who provides the quotes very quickly, and the layout is easy to check for correct sizes and glass types etc. One again an easy and hassle free experience and I can't thank the guys enough. Jim also sorted out a replacement of a misted glazing unit from a previous job with no issues at all. Thanks again until next time.
