All the staff are extremely knowledgeable on all the different options and regulations required to meet the standards of the glazing industry. Would not use anyone else, Stevenswood supply us with all our windows and doors for our projects. We only use rehau frames as they are the best available. Steven’swood frames are fabricated to a very high standard. We’ve used other companies in the past, but find Stevenswood by far the best supplier

Glass didn’t turn up with order and had to wait over a week after receiving frames before glass arrived so had to fork out for sheets of osb to board windows in the meantime the fit glass but these were meant to be preglazed units this has cost me extra labour , material cost and a unsatisfied customer and the staff didn’t seem to be fussed about this issue

Several items were absent from the recent deliveries. Specifically, trickle vents were missing from two separate shipments, and the sills for four windows were omitted from another, despite the timely arrival of all other components.

This necessitates an additional site visit to finalize the installation, a task that could have been completed during the initial visit. Due to the presence of other contractors on site, delaying the project was not feasible, requiring a temporary solution at my cost until the sills arrived. This incurred additional costs related to labor and travel to rectify the situation upon their eventual delivery.

It is imperative that all ordered components are shipped together in a single consignment. The absence of critical items such as window sills and night vents, which were clearly specified in the original order, is unacceptable and warrants immediate attention to prevent future occurrences.

Fair price good product provided ancillaries manufactured on time .

Great service yet again, I shall be using stevenswood into the future for my doors windows and replacement glazing.
