It was really easy to identify the size of skip I needed from all the information on the website. The next stage, ordering the skip, was also really easy. Once that was done, a contract followed very quickly, which set out all the hire conditions in plain English. The skip arrived very early on the delivery day and the driver couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. Another big plus is the competitive pricing. I'm really glad I chose Stevenson and would do so again.

Cheapest in my area and quick delivery,friendly driver

The only reason it is not 5 stars is because they skip was not available on the date it was needed. Everything else was great.

Booked this skip to sort the garden before my daughter’s birthday and they cancelled shortly before. Unreliable.

You cancelled our skip hire the day before it was due to arrive and I had to scramble to get it from somewhere else at a higher price as it was short notice. Will not use you again and would not recommend

Skip arrived on the day it was supposed to and collected on correct day. Only downside was the phone number provided links through to parent company and if ordered online have to be transferred to them if you have any queries. Otherwise good service

Good delivery and pick up

Tel company, then ordered skip straight away. Then to receive an email the following day to say order cancelled. Right before the bank holiday weekend. Had to find another skip provider and pay again as refund then wasn’t returned until almost 5 days later.

Skip got cancelled and am still awaiting refund

You cancelled my booking and I only found this out from an email saying you were refunding the money. I had to rebook elsewhere and I haven't yet received a refund.

You took my money and booking then informed me you couldn’t deliver. Still waiting for my money back!

The ordering on line was very simple, emails to let you know what was happening, even after talking to no one I felt very confident about my experience.

I booked the skip and paid for it through their website. I then received an email telling me they had cancelled the order as they didn’t have any skips. So a waste of my time.

I placed a booking for a skip on Saturday and have already made full payment. However, I have not received any information or updates regarding my order so far.
I have called multiple times, but their responses have been extremely unprofessional and irresponsible.”

Terrible company, keep away. Booked a skip as they advertised in my area. I was paying for 4 people on the day waiting for the skip to arrive, after several phone calls on the day asking for an eta they told me it was on its way. Around 3pm I received an email to say the skip was cancelled because they don’t do our area. The company wants shut down.

You didn’t have the skip available that I requested but you charged my card for the hire (despite an email saying you would cancel the hire and send a full refund). 1 week later I’m still waiting.
