Good price, quick service and friendly drivers!

Word of warning - screenshot your order confirmation as you won't get an email or order number. Probably because they don't want to be found...

Rubbish (if you'll pardon the pun). Ordered 4th April for delivery Fri 10th. Called on the following Tuesday and was promised delivery next day (the order got lost in the system). Now on 22nd and nothing so have claimed it back on my credit card.

Won’t be using this company again.

The drivers and phone staff were polite, but the overall process is very poorly managed. I ordered a skip for 7 days, filled it within a couple of days, and called to arrange early collection. I was told it would be picked up within 2 days, but no one arrived.

I then had to chase again on day 8, only to be told it could take another 5 days. In the end, the skip wasn’t collected until day 13, with no communication beforehand.

This left a full skip sitting on my drive for nearly a week longer than agreed, which was very inconvenient and disrupted access to my property.

I only chose this company because it was £50 cheaper, but I won’t make that mistake again.

The driver very polite very helpful and the price is great if need another skip would definitely get from fastskip

Great value some confusion on the delivery date as the order wasn’t allocated a driver for the booked day, however, it was delivered next day.

Absolutely awful service. Had the skip two weeks. Would not collect skip and charged us extra. Did not turn up when they were supposed to.
Avoid at all costs!! Very expensive and service is shocking.
