I used them to purchase my flat a couple of years and they missed a VITAL clause that advised my flat was only for key workers (I am not a key worker and never have been), now I am having to pay hundreds of pounds to change the lease of my flat for a new buyer.

If my solicitor had been thorough like my new buyers this VERY important clause wouldn't have been missed and I wouldn't have been hundreds of pounds in debt.

Kathryn jones was appointed to handle the conveyancing for a garage I was purchasing.in August 25. A simple job, no searches no mortgage no survey, should have been completed within six weeks.
