I have taken out insurance with you…
I have taken out insurance with you before, luckily never had to use it. Speaking to staff were so very polite and helpful. I'm 87 and didn't want a lot of the things in the plans, so I was able to just take out what we needed. Medical & Hospital. Being on a pension and loving to take holidays, every penny counts. I certainly wouldn't look anywhere else.

New 2026 policy increased by 60% no reason.
New 2026 policy increased my insurance by 60% / $900 to $2,400. Insured with them since 2024 with no accidents or claims and personal use. I questioned the increase and they couldn’t say why. Do your research, there’s better and more affordable elsewhere.

Easy to organise, sooo much cheaper!
Really easy to organise a quote and play around with how changing the excess would impact the insurance cost. Trying to work out what the "catch" was is challenging, Stella insurance was so much cheaper than other insurers and I was concerned that there would be things that I wasn't covered for compared to other providers but couldn't find any downside to Stella.

This is our 4th time using Stella Travel Insurance. While I cannot comment on claiming as we have been luckily enough not to have to have used it, everything else is easy to use, from getting a quote, to purchasing the policy. Covers everything we needed and is well priced

The online travel insurance quotation process was very simple, straightforward and quick. Information about what the policy covered was Iisted in simple, clear language. I thought prices quoted were very reasonable. Similarly the online payment process was also straightforward and quick. Very easy process.

Quit and easy policy sign up. The only time I had to make a claim, Stella processed it incredibly fast and efficiently.
