Had worldwide policy for several years now, never claimed, yet!…would have thought they’d give me a promo/discount, never mind! As over 70 with medical stuff, this is still best for us expats. Hope I never claim, for both our sakes!.. but this gives us peace of mind

Terrible claims service
Terrible claims service. We were disrupted in our travel plans due to Middle East conflict and incurred significant extra costs to get back. We submitted a claim and were asked for supporting documents which we sent at the end of March. Since then we have heard absolutely nothing. We’ve chased several times by email but have not even had an acknowledgment or a courtesy email back. We made a formal complaint last Thursday and have still not received any reply. We are just thankful that we didn’t have a medical emergency or other urgent requirement as I would not place any trust in this company now. In the meantime we are still waiting.

A very satisfying outcome.
The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful and did not insist that she spoke to my husband who is hard of hearing . We had a bad experience with another company for that.
We were impressed with the quote she gave us for annual travel insurance and decided to take the offer. Thankyou.
