I was skeptical about staying in an apartment versus a hotel during my stay in Augusta, GA. Hotels had some amenities that I like (breakfast in the morning and room cleaning services several times a week). However, my opinion has been changed forever with my first luxury apartment stay with Stay Sojo (Lofts at King Mill). The apartment was perfect, safe and provided extra amenities: washer and dryer in your apartment, security, a fully equipped gym, pool, trash pickup service and a very responsive on-site staff.) I enjoyed retreating to my space after work every day. Stay Sojo's Team was very responsive to my needs. I will definitely stay at another one of their properties when on extensive travel in the future. 2 Thumbs up!!!

The team was extremely helpful over the course of my stay with several changes to my schedule. They were able to accommodate my changes on short notice and I am very appreciative.

Seemless, building was better than the pictures on the Website. It had everything I needed and more. I would certainly recommend Stay Sojo to anyone looking for a short term furnished lease. Very easy

The corporate living apartment was was great and in a really good location.

The building is very modern and the units are updated with the newest amenities. Staff was always very kind and helpful. Huge shout out The Monday through Friday morning concierge, Tiyeen (spelling?) Every morning her smile just brightened my day and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The management and staff were great.

The apartment was nice, clean, and roomy,the associates was easy to communicate with, if I had any issues, Never had a minute of trouble, and the location to all of the amenities was awesome. Great place to stay, and the clubhouse was awesome

Accommodations made to serve my needs were above and beyond expectations.

And the staff members I worked with were supportive, effective, and professional.

The apartment was better than expectations, it was stocked with many things I did not expect it to be. Jennifer was a huge help throughout the stay constantly checking in with me to see if I needed anything or if I needed any accommodations to be made. The area the apartment was in was a plus as well!

Very close to my job site and a lovely building. Came stocked with some starter items when I arrived as well.

I was very well please with my entire experience with Stay SOJO. I was in the apartment for almost 6 months. The apartment was very nice and furnished very tastefully and functionally and in a good location. The customer service team was very helpful and attentive to every request or need that had. Melissa Manchon was my main contact and she always answered or replied to my calls and emails and resolved all my issues. I could not have gotten a better representative to work with for your company. I will be contacting her in the future to see if she can assist me in any location that maybe sent to work.

The apartments were incredibly beautiful! You can tell they place a lot of effort into presentation and detail. The Stay Sojo team was also very responsive and made the move-in process seamless.
