The Sojo Team and Candour House Apartment give the most comfortable staying during this month. The Sojo Team provide an Excellent Customer Service assisting me at any time even with a simple question. I definitely will recommend Sojo company as the best one in this Industry. Prompt Communication and Documentation, Noise Issues Noted
The company communicated well throughout the apartment selection process and responded quickly, providing the necessary documents promptly to prepare for move-in. One thing I wish they had done differently was to pay closer attention to factors like pets, toddlers, noise, or residents working night shifts in neighboring units when assigning apartments to those requesting quieter areas. Nevertheless, they did a good job overall.

Completely unacceptable
The Goodwynn apartment complex is not only unsanitary, but maintenance requests are ignored. We have experienced dog feces and urine in the hallways (one pile has been there for 5 days); residents leave their garbage near the chute and as a result, we have not been able to get rid of fruit flies despite asking for an exterminator. Completely unacceptable!

We do want to kindly clarify that while your apartment was located at The Goodwynn, your reservation was through Stay Sojo, which is separate from the building’s leasing office. For that reason, we always ask our guests to bring any and all concerns directly to the Stay Sojo customer service team rather than to the leasing office. When issues are reported to us, we are often able to help get quicker responses and coordinate solutions on your behalf.
Unfortunately, we were only made aware of these concerns just a few days before your departure, which limited our ability to assist. We truly wish we had the opportunity to address them earlier so that we could have worked toward a better resolution for you.
We greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

Stay Sojo - a great team to work with for corporate stays!
727 West Madison was a great building for the temp stay organised by Stay Sojo. Overall building has top quality amenities and its location in West Loop was wonderful. The apartment itself was modern and well-kept by Stay Sojo; bed, bathroom etc. was very comfortable. The building is across the street from Whole Foods and walking distance to cafes and restaurants. The Stay Sojo team itself was great - very responsive and attuned to meeting their client's needs, ensuring for a wonderful stay with them. Example - I requested for a desk and chair to be able to work from home, and it was set up for me before I arrived.

Good choice of location and very responsive to needs
Sojo stepped up when we needed to move from our home due to hurricane. Planned 3 mo stay became 6 months. Tough. But ,dojo found us a great spot very near our home and furnished it well. Very responsive to the few repair needs we had and very thankful to the team.Responses were immediate. Would recc the team and company highly.

The apartment was great. My only feedback is to provide check in information sooner. I believe I only received this information a few days prior to the start of my lease.
I would have preferred a 10 day notice.
