We understand this customer’s situation and empathize with their concerns. However, the issue stems from an internal security breach that is not related to the equipment provided. That said, Slice has been and will continue to be fully committed to assisting this merchant in every way possible.
Great Experience
Slice has had excellent customer service ever since we have joined. Brett Seltzer responds quickly and is very helpful with anything we need. We have never had an issue go unresolved for more than a few hours. I would recommend Brett and Slice to anyone interested in a new merchant service provider.

This is one efficient company, from the day of the application, to approval to equipment arriving, and the first day charges are in the bank account the next day. I recommend Slice to anyone needing merchant services.

I wouldn't recommend Slice, but today Jamey was the exception to usually poor customer support in general or sales/tech support.

BE WEARY about long-term contracts. Even if your business closes, there is little to nothing they will do to assist you with getting yourself released from your contract with Clover (Finova Capital).

I left another Clover rep for them. They are seriously full service. Explained everything well, came in and installed, offered free receipt paper and labels!!! Then had the nerve to bring ME a thank you gift. They care and they are knowledgeable. Can't ask for more from a team.
