I own a tire repair and auto body shop in Atlantic City and I couldn't be happier with Slice Merchant and more importantly my rep Justin Elliot Deleon. I didn't even accept credit cards/debit cards before I signed up and now I can't believe how easy they made it and I'm honestly paying $0 dollars in fees. Justin has been nothing but professional and I am able to reach him 24/7, he ALWAYS answers his texts and calls me back if I have a question. This company heavily recruits sales people. Their solicitation sounds very good. They do little to nothing they promise. The sales kit arrives late and it’s only a fraction of what they promise. They promise a $50 payment for every merchant the sales person connects with the manager. They do not honor this and no payment is received. They simply are not truthful. Speaking of the sales manager. One would expect this person to be well qualified. Mine was not. I found him very deficient unable to answer simple questions. He basically ignored what the merchant said. It was astounding at how bad he was. I would advise honest sales people to give them a pass. Look for a company who does what they say they will do. And if you are a merchant, I recommend a hard pass.
After their reply: The point is they do not provide what they claim. Nit even close! (And that is over 40 years of sales experience talking). The biggest thing is they don’t pay what is promised and they cut you off when you ask for it. Simply put: dishonest. In sales you learn quickly who is ethical and who is not. These folks are not!

I am such a happy customer. William is my to go guy. Any issues I give him a call and he has a solution. Even on thanksgiving, I gave him a call and he took care of my issue. If you have people like William I will always stay with slice/clover.

Eric is by far the most responsive and proactive rep I’ve dealt with from any POS system company. I’ve had a number of issues arise because of the old system we were using and he has handled everything no matter how frustrating by going above and beyond and I would recommend him without a doubt, not even a second thought

I have my both businesses on Slice and I tell you what a piece of mind starting from sign up to run your business
I was introduced to Anthony a very professional and honest guy. just a quick chat with him for about half an hour I was convinced to sign up and I don’t get easily signed up to anything
In the next hour, I talk to the staff in the office Erick, Fredy, and they put me at an ease and ended my suffering with current company.
Installation guys were very quick and professional. They made sure that the machines were up and running properly.
My business was up and running in less than five days with them
I’m so impressed and I will highly recommend them for your Merchant services. Thumbs up guys. You’re doing a great job.👏👏👏

From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing. The product exceeded every expectation — top quality, exactly as described, and worth every penny. What really made the difference, though, was the salesperson. Justin Deleon was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed.
They took the time to answer every question and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Set up was simple and the technician was also top notch!

The company is doing fine with us. Sometimes tech help is difficult to connect up with, but the techs are very knowledgeable. There are some features we would like to see added such as an item count that deducts lowers the item count when ordered instead of when paid for.... People run tabs and the item count stays the same, then we have items ordered that are depleted and we have to manually reduce the count to zero and go back to the customer and explain why the item that was ordered is not available. .Time consuming and a source of irritation to the customer.
