hi i have been betting 40 years and these are the wors t bookmaker by far i have ever dealt with even worse than betfred, placed a bet and when i wanted to withdraw my winnings refused to pay me unless i provided my passport and utility bill info! never asked for that when i payed money in. The owner is too busy slagging punters off to matt chapman in a 20 minute rant on you tube, and obviously treats his customers with total contempt. pointed out that witholding funds from customers was against gambling commission rules and was on the cusp of reporting them , until miraculously my winnings were payed out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL COST YOU, Cheers.

Stay away will no longer be using this site as four times in last two days its taken for ever to get a bet on and when ut does the odds change and they dont ask u to acceot the odds changed nothing gets dine as no libe chat when i go onto my account try and phone up kees cutting off

I can’t moan at star sports. All withdrawals were always paid in a prompt manner, no messing about. They do abide by paying out without messing around, and they give you due warning of documents needed. What got me was I was asked to KYC which is fine. All got verified no issue. Again withdrawals not blocked. I was £5k ahead and because I said I don’t have savings they suspended my account saying I couldn’t verify my play. I feel like it was suspended because I was ahead. Shame as this is a good site who are fair, but this is a pattern I have noticed be ahead on withdrawals and get booted off.

Probably better to do that before you deposit or bet? Was in there Scarborough over the grand national weekend i had placed 3 x £7 e/w bets on the grand national i checked on their online site before going into shop it stated online they pay out on first 6 places, 2 of the my bets lost one number 16 came 6th at 40/1 so i thought i had gotten my money back £56 approx, i also placed £108 on Scottie Scheffler to win the masters bet in play at 5/4 who won well! collecting £300 approx on Monday or so i thought! when collecting my winnings i was told my grand national e/w bet was a loser as for some unknown reason they only pay out on first 5 places when placing a bet in shop??? why would they do that? so i got angry and swore some at this policy as you would, i did NOT direct my swearing to the staff member only at the policy - then the staff member (small guy with bald head do not know his name as he was not wearing a name tag and he would not give it) paid me out for master bet which should of been £243 i did not check at the counter as i was still angry about the e/w bet, upon getting home my money only to find he had paid me £20 short £223, so i went back in to let him know and this 'staff' member would not help did not want to even check his camera nor his till claiming his "till was right" as i would not leave he then called security saying i had been abusive towards him which i had not, i have been betting for 30 years and have never been treated like this by a bookmaker staff member - ok i was angry at the company policy for the e/w bet but to have the security called on me for him not paying me out right and not even trying to check the cameras nor till is just unprofessional, security would not come out as they thought it did not warrant it so after a short stand off i was told to phone company which i did he told me to write an email and gave me the owner email and one other email, i wrote 2 emails - i have received NO response from either they obviously do not care about their customers AVOID this company they are petty & unprofessional!

Signed up, made a deposit. Then uploaded documents for verification, received a message saying all verified.
The made a small profit and made a withdrawal request, the next thing I know my account is suspended.
Not sure I’ll actually get my money back.

Straight up site who actually pay and carry out verification properly. Wont get laid anything on arbs etc which to me is completely fine and you can speak direct to traders which is very refreshing

I had a bet on the virtual horses on the casino , put money on a 41.00 odds horse and it came in but no money was paid to me and the betting history said my horse lost? Even tho I watched it win and came up on a sub screen at the end with what horses places where and I won!? Spoke to live chat and they gave me the email of their casino team , so I emailed them about it and have heard nothing since a week on from then to this day so looks like theyre cheating me out of the money , live chat sending round in circles , scam site for sure when they do this , avoid this site !

i joined under impression if deposit twenty get free spins as said on website but got no free spins so i talked to live chat they said email customer service and that was sunday and nothing i dont mind if you lose thats a gamble everyone takes on casino its false advertisement and customer support its like we as customers dont matter to them i found casino good with range slots but certainly wont depo again bercarefull as i said looking after customers should be as important as them spending money

Joke of a bookie, my account was suspended on my first bet.

I opened an account put a 20 bet on and it won. They then closed the account and said as I falsified my information they are not paying my win AND are keeping my stake. Despite my information matching my ID exactly. If this is not clear theft I don't know what is.

I opened an account recently.
After several losing bets I had £200 on a dog at 4/9 (It was 1.3 on Bf at the time) they changed the price later to 1/4 then 2/9. It won.
Now I am SP only on the dogs and can only bet buttons on anything else!
Not because I know anything special, but because THEY were fast asleep changing a price!
They brag about the big bets they take but in reality they are scared rabbits.

I will take a legal action against them.

I signed up, deposited £50 and then received KYC email for verification. Sent my driving licence and proof of address and within 10mins received an email saying i was fully verified.

I lost my £50, then deposited another £495 and then they shut my account for absolutely no reason. I stood no chance of winning or even trying to win my money back. If i was aware that they where going to shut my account i would never ever have deposited £545 in total. No response to emails and live chat not interested.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!! Contacted the gambling commission about this joke of a company.

stay away !!!!!! very poor customer service phoned today account got suspended we cant do nothing wait for a update and thats it asked why my account got suspende dont know fully verified played deposited normal all good now got funds stuck and a day passed no email no contact stay away totally useless and the monkeys who answer the phone very rude wont help or do crap !!! cons!!!! ibas needs to shut this company now before people getting robbef suspend account for nothing
