Do not deposit in this site one man sitting at home robbing people to test deposit £20 and withdraw it then they block your own money u can’t even get ur own deposit back call them he will respond then ask many things to provide for him to send your own deposit back I was try I lost £40 I released they just robbing me from the game then I thought let’s see if they do withdraw at all I deposited £60 more I lost £20 left £40 I withdraw it then few days I didn’t receive my money I called he ask me to send screenshot of my bank of this and that to get my withdrawal let alone if u win money never see ur payment so avoid this robber he doesn’t even deserve one star but with out the star the review can’t be processed any way I believe own by single man at home probably with his dog in need of penny and must likely drug dealer too he is petty otherwise I would have given him 3 k by now happily if he was not petty robber at the end I lost £60 playing and my £40 withdraw never sent to my bank then they blocked me to log in I did report it to my bank yet I haven’t received anything yet

Depositted an amount and then my account was suspended asking for verification. Apparently they claimed they had another customer with my card details but could give no further details. I have used many online sites before but I have a bad feeling about this one. There are so many well established ones to use so I would avoid Star Sports

Disgraceful treatment. Set up deposit limits . They get it wrong , ive not deposited since setting it up. And yet over limit ! Try to sort it and customer care horrendous. No help , tell me to email , which takes ages !! Basically blaming me and saying wrong limit set . Not even worth a star but need to , so 1 star !!! Really need to look at themselves

Avoid this on line bookmaker at all costs. Total scammers. My limit was just £500 per month and they reduced it to £100 without even telling me. No customer service skills at all.

My wife Opened a new account and deposited £50. The £50 went through and as she was about to place a bet they suspended her account. They wanted a selfie with her ID and also her bank card and proof of address. She will not send a selfie to any of these companies as the last time she did their data was breached. She emailed them explaining this and ask them to close the account and refund the £50 credit on the account. Tgey have emailed back saying unless she sends a selfie, they will not refund the money. She has made an official complaint given them a deadline, which if they break, she wull be writing to the gambling commissioner and the financial ombudsman
