Scammers, have stolen my money and locked me out.

Right where do I start. This site. Is the worst out there.

Do not spend any money here. Basically you can play 1000s and they will justify your play with the old rgn number. And close your account for questioning them. They want your money and thats it. The game play is attrotious. From 3000 I got 1 feature of 21 pound.

Asked a member of live chat about this and they fobbed me off with the rgn numbers. And all that crap. Then just closed my account. Without explanation.

Just shows dosnt it. They take what they can and then fob u off as quick as possible.

This site is not truat worthy. And the live chat are disrespectful.and disgusting sketchy behaviour.

I have to say.. this is one of the best I have used in many years.. I have deposited several times.. I have withdrew several times.. both without incident.
The fact I can’t comment on their customer service is a major positive.. because the reason I can’t comment is that I have never needed to speak to them.. it’s been a near perfect experience. I don’t go online to casinos to chat.. I go there to play their casino.. I’m pretty sure I am down a little but honestly.. this is the one I will stick with for now.. no gimmicks no dodgy offers.. just strait up log on and play.. win or lose it works.

Would highly recommend this one.

Unable to bet on exotics like quinella or trifecta. Only a same race multi. Fixed odds only. No access to bet on a quadrella either. Absolutely useless online betting agency.

So I want say my opinion about this website that it second time I lost many in this that it not real casino, and no bonus for the games . Ok Tomorrow I well make raport for them ,becouse they destroit the people and it ilegal what they do, so they must be close 💯 Tomorrow I well Contact ADR SERVICE AND I WELL EXPLAIN THE SITUATION ABOUT THIS WEBSITE. IF NOUBODY DONT HAVE THIS POWER TO TO THIS, I WELL MAKE AND I WELL SAVE MANY PEOPLE.

I have had my account for a while now and have had no issues at all. Always someone on hand if you have a problem. Great customer service. Fast withdrawal. Better than most bigger companies.

hi just like to say that star sports are a good casino i am with many casinos bet365 betvictor mrq ect ect good payouts and super fast withdrawals 5 star recommend .

STAY VERY WELL CLEAR OF THIS ONLINE BOOKMAKER ABSOLUTE SHOCKING, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHOCKING BETTING COMPANY

It is a scam page avoid in all costs, don’t ever play in this site I deposited some money and the money been deposited after 3 days, apart from that all slots are a scam in this page no pay out no bonuses no anything

So since I started playing here about 200 went missing while playing live dealer they gave me the first 33 I reported but the next report they refused so I closed my account do not play with this site you will get robbed.

After 3 hrs of using site I had enough it had no markets hardly, functionality of app is horrific, you can't bet properly on this site , zero in play markets, I ended up just self excluding as couldn't find the close account option , their online app is worst well one of the worst I've used keeps logging yu out every two minutes, no good

Very difficult to place any sort of bet without it having to go through a trader.

For example. I tried to place £50 each-way on a horse at 7/2 only to be told that it would need to be authorised by a trader.

When the trader finally responded, I was told I could have the bet at starting price only!!

What’s the point? If a betting company are frightened to accept a single bet with liability of around £300, it doesn’t exactly bode well for any other bets. (Multiples etc)

Another example was when I tried to place a £1 each-way on a 200/1 horse. It obviously had zero chance of winning, but was a bit of fun with the remaining money in my account.
Once a gain it had to go through a trader…. A £2 bet!!!!

It begs the question, why even give those sort of odds in the first place!??

My advice would always be to stick to the larger/established bookmakers. (StarSports is not one of these)

You’ll have a lot more chance of getting your bet on, and getting paid out of it wins.

Lost £900 betting horses, then they said they weren't taking my bets anymore, called me a machine tracker and an arber whatever that is, they take your money, abuse you then don't let you win it back.

Stay away from this company they are horrendous.

I bet a winner they settled bet unsettled bet suspended betting and changed my bet to a random looser.

I question this they told me the race was already off when I placed a bet..yet that's impossible with online gambling once suspended you cannot place bet. Also it cost a pound to watch the race live so they accepted bet let me stream the race then settled bet unsettled it unsettled it again and threw me on the next looser..

Honest watch this company they are super dodgy.

This casino site is 100% rigged nothing pays at all only stealing your cash please beware beware beware I got a superbonus on buffalo king megaways and paid me 5x all other games I bonus on 60p 50p 40p paid only 10x absolutely scammed pathetic site

How can you possibly do £120
on 20p spins and not get a bonus, let me tell you why because this site likes to get your loss limit up them randomly log you out the poxy game, this wasn’t a one off about 5 times!

Seriously these slots need investigating it’s actually criminal that they constantly play so bad!!

RTP is absolutely disgusting

5 star scammers won on live manopoly then refused to pay out

Review for the Australian starsports ! Terrible company, Livechat staff are useless and their account managers offer the worst deposit matches I’ve ever seen.

Grubs

don't know why there are so many bad reviews, I won football bet £220 was in my account half an hour after final whistle no complaints here, thanks

stupidest company i have ever dealt with, signed up deposited £50 they blocked me out saying i have my password wrong wouldn’t let me reset, customer service went radio silent, had to contact my bank to reset the transaction. makes absolutely no sense they got nothing, and lost a customer. worlds dumbest criminals right here LMAO
