The whole experience with Starplan, Bangor outlet was very satisfying. After pointing out to us that their freestanding range would suit our needs without the extra cost of custom built units we were handed over to Heather. Heather was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of our questions very quickly. After ordering the units an installation date was agreed and the installation team arrived on time. They worked quickly and efficiently and left the room very tidy when finished. An issue with the upper trim hitting the coving was identified and the team came up with a resolution and the new trim was fitted 2 days later. At all times we were kept up to date by Heather and we were very satisfied with the entire process.

Great service from start to finish. Extremely happy with finished product and would highly recommend.

We had wardrobes fitted in two bedrooms in January, due to the poor standard we requested for the fitters to return. After 3 return visits they were still unable to complete a professional finish and we were then told by the manager to “Do it yourself”.
They take no accountability for what they haven’t done, saying the works are now complete. Awful fitting and after care and customer service is non existent.

Great service we are really pleased with our bedroom and study units.We were in again today to order headboard with uplighting.Ian explained everything really well and we are pleased with the results

Really disappointed with the aftercare of this company. My mom and dad had ordered a new and mattress which was delivered today from the Wednesbury store. As my nephew has gone to fit the legs they have found that the legs sent do not fit the bed, when calling up (Friday 4pm) they were told the only person in aftercare team is not at work and won't be back until Monday 9.30am. Understandably my mom has asked for someone to assist sooner, they are in their 60s with quite severe arthritis only to be told there was nothing they could do knowing they now don't have a bed to sleep in over the weekend! Absolutely shocking please do not put your trust in this company.

Just love my new wardrobes and bedsides would recommend. LAVERNE was so helpful on designing and also came to my property to measure which helped reassure all was going to fit perfectly on the day. The fitters were so nice and did the job very quickly and took all packaging away with them. Would definitely use again. Thank you

We just had a fitted bedroom completed last week for our daughter. I have to say from the outset everything was first class - Natalya was efficient and great at the designs and very quick to make changes via email! My only complaint (and it’s not really a complaint - was that we had to post back the signed forms - now to their credit a stamped envelope was provided! We are just more used to online forms these days!) fitters (shout out to Nigel and partner!) arrived bang on time and they were neat tidy and friendly (and extremely skilled!) they took away their rubbish and left the room ready to go! The room itself was 100% just what we wanted! Tony down in the store is a gentleman and nothing is too much trouble! I would 100% use Starplan again! If you want hassle free and high quality they are the people to see! Thanks again newtownabbey Starplan!

It was easy to view and try the various mattresses on offer and once the order was placed the delivery went smoothly.

From sales to fitting we were kept informed all the way. Fitter rang night before and arrived as arranged. I had a starplan kitchen fitted 10 years ago and love it. Bedroom is beautiful too. So happy!!

Order fulfilled and fitted on agreed date. Installation was performed professionally and the fitters were polite and courteous and also left no mess for me to clean up.
I would definitely recommend and would also use again.

2nd lot of fitted wardrobes we have had from Starplan, they look sensational . Fitted in a day , fitters were great , tidy and friendly.

All good , except we did not expect to loose our storage space. Built in cupboards are made to size of space. Frame was built in the space for the standard size units to fit in. I think we lost over 12 inches space lengthwise
