When fitters arrived, the units were to tall so they had to go back to the workshop to be cut.that wall looked great when done. Second wall was also measured wrong and end corner unit wouldn’t fit. Also jewellery insert was wrong size and wouldn’t fit so was refunded for that. Was told couldn’t order one on line as store was closing, would have to drive to Birmingham to pick one up. Fitters brilliant they managed to replace corner unit with a small unit on different wall. Bedroom looks great but wasn’t what we initially ordered. I suppose circumstances might have been different if store wasn’t closing down and staff were being redundant because after sales wasn’t very good.

There was a slight issue on the day of fitting, but happily it was swiftly sorted.

Just little area's didn't like the finish also shocked by the depth of the wardrobes I should have paid more attention to the spec.

Furniture arrived on time and expertly built. Laverne who took our order was very helpful and explained everything well. Delighted with my new bedroom furniture. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from everyone, went in to see what they could offer and Pete has been amazing. He's helped to visualise the room with the fitted wardrobes in and offered ideas, answering any questions we have with professionalism and patience. We have the final plans and looking forward to how it will look later on.

This is our second room of wardrobes. Right from the planning, communication and service was brilliant. Delivery and installation went to plan and we are really pleased with the quality and results. I love the new grained tops rather than the smooth. Much better for cleaning.

Great design experience with Pete from the Fort, Birmingham. Pete has been super helpful and very knowledgeable throughout 2 home visits and an appointment in store today. Pete is always a pleasure to deal with. We can’t wait to have our furniture fitted to bring the design to life.

It was a fantastic experience from starplan, Pete and Rose were extremely helpful, patient and understanding of individual needs of every single family member of our family. I would highly recommend this company to those who are on a journey to find their dream bedroom, especially for those who have a small bedroom and didn't think fitted bedroom option was a possibility.

From our first visit to the Cannock showroom to the time our unit was fully installed and looking fabulous I cannot fault the service rendered by Starplan. From the lovely Debbie to the two guys, Ian and Tim, who worked so hard in the heat. First class.

All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and listened to our requirements. The service they provided was excellent and the furniture solid and of good quality. We have had two bedrooms fitted out by Starplan and from beginning to end it was an extremely smooth process, so all in all, a high recommendation.

Had a really good experience with Starplan Bangor. Quality and design first class,Stephen looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this company!
