I would highly recommend star airport travel we were picked up at 2am by a lovely friendly driver called Muhammad who made the start of our journey comfortable and stress free despite the early hour
On our return journey we were collected by another wonderful driver Asgard due to delays he had to wait around 45 minutes for us yet remained incredibly patient friendly and professional throughout He even gave us both a bottle of water which was very much appreciated after our journey
Both drivers provided excellent customer service and made us feel valued as customer thank you Muhammad and Asgard for your kindness and professionalism we wouldn’t hesitate to use star airport travel again and highly recommend them to others

Booked return transfer for 8 people to Manchester Airport. Fantastic communication throughout. Driver was on time when setting off. On our return, we landed early hours of the morning and the driver was there waiting for us. I was given name and number of both the drivers prior and they both were excellent with communication. 5 star service. Will use them every time I need to.

I can't recommend this company enough. From start to finish everything was spot on.We booked a return airport trip from Leeds to Manchester for a group of 7 of us for our trip to Florida.
Our driver Qazafi was more than helpful and courteous. The app to track your driver is really good and Qazafi was on time for both journeys, even though we had given him the wrong time for landing thankfully he had checked the night before saving us a 2 hour wait.
The price was really good too compared to other quotes we had and a car seat was provided for our grandson. Highly recommended this company and will definitely use again.

Just got back from holiday after a two hour delay and out driver was waiting for us. What a fantastic service, pick up was prompt and on time, the diver was very friendly and efficient. I would recommend 100% no other company comes close.

If you are looking for a reliable airport taxi service then I would highly recommend Star Airport Travel. Both journeys were with the same driver who was incredibly helpful and compliant. Driver arrived exactly on the time I put in the booking and told us exactly where to go for the pick up on the way back all at a convenient price!

We booked a return journey to Manchester airport for 6 of us including one 3 year old. The initial communication was good and a courtesy confirmation call was made the day before travel at which point we discussed the use of a car seat.

The day of our holiday came and we had booked to be picked up at 11 however by 11:10 there was no sign of our driver. I tried to call on the number that had rang me the previous day but there was no answer and tried ringing the number on the website to which I had the same. At this point we were worried that we weren’t going to be collected. At 11:15 the driver finally made contact and said he was 2 minutes away he had forgotten the car seat. A further 2 phone calls to him and we was given the same answer 2 minutes. The driver didn’t arrive with us until after 11.30 by the time we set off it was 40 minutes after the booked time. This started our holiday very stressfully and meant we were rushing through the airport when we shouldn’t have been.

However, once we were on our journey it was very successful. The car was lovely and immaculate. There was ample space for us and our luggage and the driver made us feel safe as passengers even when the weather conditions on the motorway weren’t great. He was helpful getting our luggage.

The day before our return I received a confirmation email advising of our driver which was reassuring.

On our return, we departed early so arrived back at Manchester earlier than anticipated. When we were coming through to the baggage reclaim the taxi driver rang to advise on a meeting point. We only had to wait a couple of minutes before he arrived which at half one this morning this was much appreciated with 2 children in tow.

Due to no fault of the driver our journey took longer than planned due to motorway closures and had to travel along the moors where we had some difficult weather and visibility was extremely poor. The driver drove very safely and we arrive home as quickly and safely as possible. My only problem with the return journey was that no car seat was provided as requested for my 3 year old which given the driving conditions and distance travelling I would deem it as a necessity.

Overall, I was happy with the service provided but do feel there could be some improvements made to communicate with the company should there be any issues like we had. We would look to book again should we need airport transfers.

We have just booked our transport with this company to Manchester Airport.

They came highly recommended to us in a local Facebook forum along with other companies however they were by far the cheapest on price and gave got us sorted for £170 return for 4 of us where other similar companies wanted £200 - 220 return.

Mohammed has been fantastic from our initial point of contact to booking us in. Full of sense of humour and a great person we haven't even travelled yet and we already know we will be happy customers!

I booked Star relatively late online as had to change plans but it was not a problem.
He arrived promptly, loaded luggage quietly ( early hours so didn't want to disturb neighbours!) and we were at Leeds Bradford in no time.
Price was brilliant, so much cheaper than airport parking that I've done before.
Service is great; prompt, efficient and courteous.
