An excellent price on my favourite Pukka Teas. Well packaged & timely delivery. Will use again.

Delivery was a few days so that was ok but packaging was ripped, battered and open. The 3 clip frames were marked possibly in the manufacturing process and also had dents in from the 8 clips that go around the edge. All of the marks and dents could be seen when I mounted my pictures into them and just looked bloody awful (yes I did take the cellophane off both sides) they are still hung up now until I can afford to pay more for some better quality frames.
*Update* received new frames very quickly. First was perfect, 2nd was a little scuffed but managed to hide in white parts of the poster, 3rd had a corner broken off so it was thrown away but I used the best of the last 3 I ordered and looks ok.

Geat price . Delivery was good. Not staples fault but 7 out of the 50 pens I brought were dud ( didn't work at all ) must be the brands issue. I love the pens / the ones which work .

Waited long time for delivery, 5days. Not what was given.

Timely delivery, but was left outside.

I was informed that the product was not in stock and that I would be notified when back in stock, I was quite shocked only days later to receive my order. Great service, only downside was that I was never notified that the order was on its way, just lucky that I happened to be at home, hence the four star rating.

The shipment was split and I had to chase delivery of the second part twice when promised deliveries weren’t made and then found out it had to be reordered and arrived the following week.

Items (biodegradable wipes) arrived without a resealable pouch and certainly not as shown image and description on web site.
To be fair to Staples they would have accepted a return however not clear what, if any cost, this would incur.
Decided to accept items as easiest option

Staples have reacted to , but not understood, my review and have continued to email regarding my perceived desire to return items!
Now, despite emailing them back saying 'No' (clearly meaning I do not wish to return items) they emailed again however this time also confirming my initial suspicion that returning items would incur a cost, despite the items being originally mis-sold.
I also note, with some dismay, that the items are still being offered for sale with incorrect images and description.

The CED WAP3W adaltor is advertised with a completely wrong picture of the three output connectors and so the product cannot be used as intended, It takes plugs on the left, right and top instead of left, top and front as shown online and so cannot be fully used plugged into most double sockets.

Have now been using Staples for a couple of years. For ink and paper. Prices comparable, and free delivery. Excellent service.

Great service, best price i could find, delivered next day ,1 item not in stock but offered refund ,but was sent out as soon as In stock ,email 2:35am delivered at 7:30am super fast each time !
