The wrong boxes were sent
The wrong boxes were sent. The colour and style was correct but instead of sending boxes with handles(as described on the website) the boxes have hand holds at the side. As they were needed quickly it was decided to keep them. When searching the reference number on the tags ( which was different again to the website) no product was shown.

I like what you state on your website that if you order before a certain time , you will deliver the next day.

Total mix up the first time
Total mix up up the first time I paid for a yellow Brother LC1280 XL Cartridge but was sent an Epsom cartridge - I didn't want, so had to order the yellow Brother cartridge again, this time order a Magenta cartridge at the same time and managed to get what I paid for.
