Poor communication, I didn't know when the item was being delivered, no tracking number offered

I would give a minus star, bought a swimming pool on the 13th of July to then have to chase up as it was NOT delivered next day as promised to be told its out of stock. I chased multiple times to be given some rubbish about pre orders and issues with their supplier, which I said it was not a pre order item and they should not advertise it if it’s not in stock, and I had responses telling me to wait. NOW TODAY…. I receive an email telling me it’s discontinued, I am beyond disgusted, nearly a month and this is the email I get today on the 28th of July. DONT ADVERTISE WHAT YOU CANT DELIVER!!! Thank you soo much for disappointing my kids during the start of the holiday. Never known a company like this, absolutely disgraceful!

Delivery was fast. My order was in excellent condition. Priced cheaper than any other outlet for quality hp printing paper.

I love my Addis longhandled dustpan and brush, so this was such a good price I ordered three. However the ones I received today were very inferior quality to the one I already own and Addis would require me to pay the postage to return them! I am now stuck with all three inferior products unless I pay postage to return.
I now see that the identical product description is available on the site for nearly twice the cost, I wonder what I would have received had I ordered this one instead. I am not happy.

Ordered wrong item, missed a crucial letter 'C' off the product name. As a business, our rights are extremely limited and Staples absolutely refuse to engage in any kind of goodwill support to upgrade us to the correct, dearer model we intended to purchase. If anyone does fancy a 'cheap' straight cut Fellowes 225i shredder, please get in touch.

Always parcel arrived swiftly, in good condition, 2 days after I ordered items on the internet. Great service.

If only there was an option for zero stars! Ordered tea bags but received some white envelopes and a roll of scotch tape. Contacted customer services advising the error, asking for the tea bags to be sent and offering to return the incorrect items with zero response. Chased on a further two occasions again with zero response. They have been pestering for a review so here it is!

Order fulfilled correctly and on time

The website was easy to use and delivery was efficient. I rang customer service for assistance on a purchase and the lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful, I will definitely use Staples again.

An order for a simple printer cartridge - 17 days later and two telephone calls to chase and still no cartridge has arrived. First one was lost the second never dispatched.

I purchased a Pavo binder about 20 years ago and it served me well. I purchased the Staples binder because I needed one urgently and got next day delivery. In comparison it is very flimsy, the drawer will not stay in securely and it jams occasionally too.

When opening the A4 paper I found it to be quite yellow. Even though it said recycled it did not say it would not be white, but yellow. I ordered 5 packs but they wouldn’t take back the 4 unopened packs as they said I had opened one pack and bought as one. Consequently cannot use this for any letters. Very bad customer service so after 30 years will go elsewhere.
