The worst experiences I have had during my four years living in Italy. I would never recommend Stanza Semplice to anyone.

The most serious issue was my residence registration (residenza). Stanza Semplice agents directly prevented me from exercising my legal right to register my residence at the apartment.

I contacted the Comune myself and received an official response confirming that Stanza Semplice had no right to prevent me from registering my residence and that I was entitled to have the procedure carried out.

Despite this official confirmation from the Comune, Stanza Semplice continued to deny me the possibility of registering my residence.

As a direct consequence of their actions, I later faced problems administrative procedures because I did not have the residence registration I was legally entitled to. I was ultimately forced to leave the apartment, while Stanza Semplice still expected me to continue paying.

What was especially shocking was that, instead of acknowledging the situation or trying to resolve it, their lawer told me that if I did not pay for a month during which I was no longer living in their apartment (as I left weeks before that and had an official check out), they would report me to the consulate in my country and will send my case to the court as well. Under this pressure, I was forced to pay for accommodation that I was no longer using.

This was not simply poor customer service. I felt that my rights as a tenant were completely disregarded, despite the fact that I had official confirmation from the Comune supporting my position.

I would absolutely NOT recommend Stanza Semplice to friends, students, or anyone looking for accommodation in Italy. Think very carefully before signing a contract with them.

I was very happy with my stay. Everything was clearly communicated and the flat was clean and generally in a good condition.

Ho contattato Stanza Semplice il novembre scorso per trovare una soluzione logistica adatta a mio figlio che doveva iniziare dopo pochi giorni un percorso scolastico post-diploma a Modena.
Il personale che mi ha risposto è stato subito molto disponibile e mi ha supportato al meglio nella ricerca e nella scelta dell'immobile più adatto. La soluzione abitativa contrattualizzata ha pienamente soddisfatto le aspettative sia in termini di posizione che di stato. Monolocale di piccole dimensioni, ma ben arredato, completo di tutto e consegnato in ottimo stato di pulizia.

The apartment is quite spacious and the location is extremely convenient and helpful for me and other students who travel daily to university. And the staff are always reliable and available to help sort any issues out!

Mi sono trovato molto bene. Il servizio è ottimo, lo staff è sempre disponibile e attento a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie. La comunicazione è chiara e veloce. Gli appartamenti sono ben posizionati e dispongono di tutti i servizi essenzialii.

Come studente internazionale, Stanza Semplice nella sede di Lecco mi è stata di grande aiuto; sono sempre stati estremamente attenti a tutto, e l'appartamento e la camera erano fantastici. Per chiunque avesse dei dubbi, posso affermare che sono estremamente affidabili e premurosi.

Stanza grande e confortevole in una zona molto centrale. Appartamento curato e accessoriato.

I’m very content with the accomodation and roommates. So far no problems and we always have open lines of communication with the managers. Ready solve any problems and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Ultimamente la gestione dell'azienda è pessima, i periodi di preavviso sono lunghissimi, quasi la metà della durata del contratto. Ci sono troppe persone negli alloggi condivisi e le pulizie sono trascurate. Il livello di inglese è basso e la comunicazione è difficile. Non lo consiglio.

International student in Italy for a 3-year program - official legal documentation, responsive when there are maintenance issues (though the maintenance itself might take a while if they’re busy), and nice amenities for comfortable living!
