I had a very positive experience with Stanza Semplice Napoli. The service was professional, well-organised, and welcoming. A special mention goes to Alex Mautone for his professionalism, availability, and helpfulness throughout the process. His support made the experience much smoother and more pleasant. I truly appreciate the assistance provided and would recommend Stanza Semplice Napoli to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service. Thank you, Alex, and the entire team!

I had a wonderful experience renting a room with Stanza Semplice in Forlì, and I would definitely recommend it to other students!

The room was comfortable, clean, well furnished, and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was also very convenient, close to the university and with a bus stop right outside, which made getting around Forlì very easy.

But most of all, I want to say a huge thank you to Margherita. ❤️ She was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. She welcomed me, showed me everything I needed to know, and was always available whenever I had a question or needed help.

Whenever there was any issue or problem, Margherita was always quick to respond and did her best to solve it immediately. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive throughout my stay. Knowing that there was someone I could always contact and rely on made me feel much more comfortable, especially as a student living away from home.

Margherita is a truly lovely person, and I am extremely grateful for all her help and kindness. She really made a difference in my experience in Forlì.

Thank you so much, Margherita! ❤️

I would absolutely recommend Stanza Semplice to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Forlì, especially students.

Living in the heart of the city at Via Todoro while being just a short walk from the university made all the difference during my stay for one academic year. The unbeatable location meant everything was right on my doorstep - from morning lectures to local cafes and nightlife - while the accommodation itself provided a clean, comfortable and vibrant enviornment. Best of all it gave me the incredible opportunity to live alongside students from all over the world, creating a welcoming, multicultural atmosphere where I made lifelong friends. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend my time studing in Bologna Italy!

Everything was quick and easy, comfortable apartment, thanks!
