Extremely disappointed with my…

Extremely disappointed with my experience using this parking service. I made a genuine mistake when entering my exit time, accidentally selecting 4:00am instead of 4:00pm due to the 24-hour clock format. My flight arrival time clearly showed that my intended exit time was in the afternoon, and this could easily be verified.

Despite explaining the situation and providing supporting information, there was absolutely no willingness to apply any discretion or common sense. Instead, the company chose to rely purely on a technicality to issue additional charges rather than recognising an obvious human error.

Mistakes happen, and customer service is measured by how companies deal with them. Unfortunately, in this case there was no understanding, flexibility, or appreciation for customer circumstances.

I will not be using this parking service again and would encourage others to be extremely careful when booking, as genuine mistakes appear to receive no fair consideration.

Nothing to do with Stansted

Nothing to do with Stansted! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
My car had over 25 miles added to the clock! they take car offsite and park in an unsupervised place! no one would even confirm if it was a secure park area or where it was! 25 miles on my car clock!!!! WTF! Have they been using it for personal use! Car given back in a filthy state, tyres muddy! looks like it had been parked on a field!

I came back from vacation to find my car in a disgusting state. What a nightmare!

Please, do NOT book with these people. This is a scam — it’s not even a legit company. It feels like a full-on mafia operation, and honestly, I think even the UK airports are part of the cover-up. Don’t fall for their “leave your keys” trick. Park your car yourself and keep your keys in your pocket.

I booked through the official Stansted Airport Parking website, and it automatically redirected me to a page called “Meet & Greet Stansted Airport Official Parking.” Later, I found out (from the airport itself!) that this company is not actually part of the official parking. So basically, you get passed on to a shady third-party service, and the airport washes its hands of it.

Some guy (seemed to be Indian) picked up my car. It all happened so fast I didn’t even get a chance to ask questions. I paid £10 to enter the parking area. My fuel tank was full, I had 314 miles of range left, had driven 94.3 miles to get there, and the car had 97,803 miles on the odometer when I handed it over.

When I came back… disaster. The car was filthy — inside and out. And the worst part? They drove 60 miles without permission! I asked the guy how far the parking lot was, and he told me “two miles.” So where did the 60 miles come from?! Absolutely outrageous.

I even had to pay another £10 to exit, and the guy literally left £20 thrown on the floor next to the gas pedal — what the hell is that?

That’s when the real odyssey started: I emailed the airport, the police, Citizens Advice, and of course, the scammers themselves. The police haven’t responded. The airport basically said, “Yeah, we’ve heard this before,” but claimed they’re not responsible, even though this “company” operates right inside their Orange Zone (A, B, C). And the scammers? They blocked me.

They used this number: +44 07376 253603 to contact me during the handover. I later called the number listed on their website (+44 20 3929 2689), and a woman (also Indian) hung up on me when I asked for the address of the lot where my car was supposedly kept for 10 days. She refused to give any info or resolve anything.

It’s been over a week, and no one has given me a single response.

Is this how you treat paying customers?

My complaint to the airport went nowhere. They admitted they’ve received many similar complaints, but still insist they “have nothing to do with it”… even though this shady operation runs freely in their own parking zones. They come and go like they own the place. No CCTV monitoring? No control at all? Sounds incredibly suspicious, doesn’t it?

A horrible, shady, infuriating experience. I hope this review helps others avoid going through the same thing.

Blue car park review. Stansted

Parked in the Blue car park at Stansted. I made a note of the row number in the Blue Car park but then couldn’t locate my car when I returned from my holiday. I eventually found that the Blue car park is zoned into diferent shades of blue, ie Royal, Navy and Sky - maybe others. Each have their own rows. I had ben looking in the wrong shade!! This should be made clear. I was totally confused by this ridiculous zoning. Generally if I am an airport car park I just note the colour and the row - this was bizarre!

Avoid Keir Allan Meet & Greet – Completely Untrustworthy and Potentially Fraudulent

I strongly advise against using Keir Allan Meet & Greet for airport parking. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it is important to warn others before they fall victim to this operation.

Despite advertising a “secure car park,” there is no such facility. This company took my payment and left my vehicle parked on the side of a public road in a nearby village, completely exposed and vulnerable. When I returned from my trip, I discovered that both my tyres had been slashed and the battery was completely dead, rendering the car undrivable. I was left stranded at midnight, forced to make my own way home.

When I confronted their staff, I was met with unprofessional and evasive behaviour. They were unable to explain what had happened, dressed in tracksuits, and their demeanour was intimidating and inappropriate for a customer-facing service. They falsely claimed to have contacted the police but failed to provide a valid crime reference number — further raising serious concerns about the legitimacy of their operations.

I ultimately had to report the incident to the police myself and pay over £500 in recovery and repair costs, in addition to losing a day of annual leave to resolve the issue.

Please, do not be tempted by the lower price. Pay the extra to use the official airport parking services. This company operates with zero accountability, and in my experience, their conduct borders on fraud.

Prepaid parking and for whatever reason…

Prepaid parking and for whatever reason camera didn’t auto-recognise the license plate. Couldn’t find the ticket and the gent told us there would be a £62 charge if we couldn’t find it. This despite the fact that he confirmed he could see what day we arrived and therefore he could see in his system that the parking was pre-paid. Thankfully we finally found the ticket (and got a “see that wasn’t so difficult was it?”.
Rude and so much for auto-recognition for making it easy.
