EX Way
Let me begin by saying that I have used EZ Way for almost 10 years. I have found them reliable, if not all together accommodating. However, I shall never use them again.
In April I made a reservation for July 3-July 12. We arrived around 10am on July 3rd, only to find that they had posted a sign at the gate stating that the lot was full. I assumed that the sign was not intended for anyone with a reservation. I proceeded to the office. As soon as I entered, before I could say a word, the young lady at the counter said that the lot was full. I replied that I had a reservation to which her immediate response was: “Well, we cancelled your reservation.” She turned and took a phone call. I waited until she was off the phone and said I couldn’t believe what she had just told me. Then an older gentleman from behind the counter stated that my reservation had been cancelled. I asked how they could take a reservation and then allow the lot to be too full to fufill the reservation. He tried to explain that they had not taken the reservation, but a third party had. I said no, this is your reservation. He said to look at the top of my reservation, it had a third party name on it. It does not, the only name is EZ Way parking.
To be clear, I had paid a deposit on the reservation (which I am still waiting to be returned) and, what I find to be the nail in this coffin is that I was never notified of a cancellation either by email or text.
EZ Way is now EX Way for me!
