We've just had a full flight of stairs with a landing balustrade made of solid oak with glass panels from Stairpartsdirect...We're completely over the moon with the overall aesthetics and the quality of finish of our new staircase..a joy to behold...More importantly though Stairpartsdirect's marvelous attention to detail right from our initial inquiry to the staircases stress free on time delivery...Their patience through out has been saintly..especially from young Danial and of course from Andy his boss too..both have been outstanding a credit to the company...Also you're very skilled workshop team deserve a mention/credit too for their amazing skill in making these beautiful stairs....Thank you all so very much, Sandra and Brian :-)

This Company clearly values its Customers and provides exemplary Customer Service throughout the Sales process & Service Delivery.
Entrusting 4.2m of timber handrail to a courier will invariably come with an element of risk & of course on this particular occasion the courier company managed to snap the handrail in half; the driver fled the scene without a single knock on the door. On reporting this to Stairpartsdirect I was assured that a replacement would be sent immediately by overnight service. This no-quibble, no-problem response leads me to write this review. The young lady handling this was completely on top of the situation and went about solving the problem cheerfully, efficiently and with great dispatch: delivering an object lesson in delivering Customer Service. (Well done Jade and thank you).

Simple process of completing order direct from your website. Price good and detailed information of item purchased.

This is the second time I have made a purchase. And I am confident that the delivery of my order will be delivered with the same speed and care as the first.
