My first phone call was with Matt Hurford, I put an offer in on a property on 31.3.26, and he kept in contact with me all through till 9.4.26 when all paperwork for the purchase was sorted, and he told me the property is off the market, and I could contact my solicitor to go ahead with my purchase, Matt got it all sorted so quick and professionally, in a matter of days,very pleased with his service 10/10

I had a very frustrating experience with Springbok Properties.

I enquired about a property via Rightmove and completed the online form in detail, clearly explaining my position. When I was contacted, it was obvious that none of this had been read. I had to repeat myself multiple times and was frequently spoken over.

The agent was focused on whether my property was already under offer before allowing me to view. My property is currently on the market, I have strong interest, a large deposit, and a mortgage in principle - I am in a proceedable position. Despite this, I was told I could not view the property.

This makes no sense. As a buyer, I need to see a property before deciding whether to proceed. Blocking viewings at this stage is unreasonable and counterproductive.

The tone of the call was also poor. The agent was abrupt, argumentative, and did not engage with what I was actually saying. There was no attempt to understand my position or find a practical solution.

As someone with autism and ADHD, the lack of listening and basic empathy made the experience feel dismissive and unnecessarily stressful.

Overall, the process felt rigid and gatekept. Based on this interaction, I chose not to proceed any further.

We were finding the normal estate agency route slow and not productive. So, after trying 2 we decided to contact Springbok. Wow, what a difference. All options were explained to us clearly. When we chose our option Springbok swung into action immediately. They were honest all the way through.
Abbey was assigned to us for the sale and supported us for the entirity. Communication was clear and regular. She had a couple of difficult hurdles from the buyers but was very professional in dealing with them. She kept us up to date constantly. Abbey is easy to speak with and returns any missed calls promptly.
