I am so happy that I had chosen BH for the sale of my property . They found me a cash buyer that helped me to move to next property without any hassle.

Molly Ewen and Charles Gale provided exceptional service .At one point , I thought due to delays in the purchase of my next property I might lose my buyer but Charles kept the buyer in the loop without losing any confidence . Their team is very professional and friendly .i would certainly recommend them to others

We chose British Home Buyers after a local estate agent failed to send us any viewers over several months.
From start to finish all the BHS agents we dealt with with were always friendly, professional & knowledgeable. In particular, Charlie, Fallon & Robert.
We awarded 4 stars instead of 5 because the agency fees are quite a lot higher than other other local firms.

From start to finish my whole sale took 8 weeks, very available advisors, really filtered appropriate buyers for the sale, communication was open and clear throughout.
Would highly recommend and use again

They were amazing from start to finish, the support and communication was amazing Alex and Charles are a credit to the company and I couldnt recommend them more.

Not sure where to begin.
I reached out and spoke to one of the team on the sales side.
Very good salesman. Really made me believe.
I was told I would sell within 2-4 weeks and we needed a sale quickly to secure the house we found. This sounded ideal.
I then get a notification to say the house was listed ( after agreeing to the paperwork by the way) on right move.
That was a shock as we initially discussed a group of property investors that would be shown the property. The fee was way higher than we had hoped however as we wanted there expertise and could sell in the timeframe stated we went with it.
That’s why the right move listing stung a little.
Purple bricks could have done that for 6500 less.
We emailed for an update and were told
There was lots of interest.
There wasn’t.
Lots of clicks is not the same as lots of interest.
Overall really unhappy mainly because we were sold the dream.

Kept up to date at all times which was good. Did not have to chase for this.

My flat was practically unselleable, so I was dubious when I first received their letter and read 'guaranteed sale., but British Home Buyers managed to sell to the first viewers through the door. The transition from the selling team to the progression team was smooth.
Molly was my representative in the selling team, and she was absolutely lovely. Molly provided me with regular updates and asked any questions I had.
I was then passed to Charles, one of the managers in the progression team, due to my sale being more complex. Charles was always on hand, answering questions, providing me with updates, even messaging me when he was in France to keep on top of things.
I had lost all hope that my flat would sell, and I would be stuck there forever. However, British Home Buyers proved me wrong. I can't thank them enough.

British Home Sellers were a great team - very professional, warm and friendly. Kept us informed at all times. Charles was extremely helpful in pushing through the sale to completion - a real gentleman. We would recommend British Home Sellers.

No views/ no sale
Unable to sell my house, no views. I decided to take it off with them, then the day before it ended a buyer wanted to, but no show! When I messaged they said no where to park! There was spaces outside my house and there was space outside my garage!

Excellent communication and really lovely and proactive team that kept me updated at every stage and were always very quick to respond. In particular, Charles was genuinely invested in smoothing out last minute issues and I really felt that he cared about me as a person and not just another client! Great job, thank you.

First class service from start to finish

We used British Homebuyers to sell out house after bad experiences with two other agents.

The level of service was absolutely amazing, and we ended up getting an offer quickly.

The whole process was great, Molly and Charles really went above and beyond. We were particularly impressed with the level of communication from the team who kept up very well informed throughout.

Would definitely be our first call if we were to need an estate agent again in the future.

We had been disillusioned with the usual high street agents so when I spoke to James at BHB, it seemed to tick all the boxes. He was great at answering all of our questions, big or small, and generally making the whole process very smooth. Will and the team of agents were so approachable and always reminded me that they worked for us, so I felt like we had control, although very much guided and supported by BHB. Alex was there at the end of process, whilst we completed on our sale, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. The whole process was a breath of fresh air and although their fees are higher than the usual agents, it is worth it for peace of mind.

I had my reservations at the start. However, that was all put to bed when I started the process. They were brilliant!

I was kept updated and all the employees were really friendly and accommodating. If a call went to voicemail, they always called you back.

Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith, and on this occasion, it paid off.

Each stage of the sale was dealt with by professional and courteous staff who kept me regularly updated. I was unable to find a buyer using local estate agents so I'm glad I decided to switch to British Homebuyers. Would recommend them to anybody selling a property.
