One of the challenges of running several e-commerce stores is having to balance several customer service emails. Enter Springboard. What a lifesaver. We use them to manage our customer service emails and questions for our multiple shops and we would be lost without them. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. Wish I found this sooner!
Wish I found this service sooner. The most time consuming part of running my business was dealing with customer support. Using Springbord allowed me to free up more time to focus on sales, marketing, and growth. Would recommend this to anyone who cares deeply about their customer support, but doesn’t have the time or capital to hire a team.
