I had been rotating through freelance customer service agents for a little over a year when I came across Springboard and met Denise. Honestly, I am so glad I found them! Aside from the pricing structure making a lot of sense to me, the service has just been remarkable. I feel like Denise treats my customers as she would a friend, which is exactly what Mighty Gum is all about.

Hands down the best company to work with. We onboarded in Q4 during the pandemic. Shipments were delayed and everyone wanted to know what was going on. These guys did not shy away from the task and tackled it head on. Not only did they help us get on top of our customer service issues, they setup a system for us to work more efficiently and to build upon.

Jonathan and his staff have learned our web application very quickly and were able to help our customers from the beginning.
