I am unable to assign a rating of less than one star, as such options are not available. This product appears to be of inferior quality both in appearance and feel. Additionally, the company does not uphold its 30-day return policy. I am attempting to return the item due to inconsistent sizing, but I have encountered inadequate customer service. Initially, I was informed that a positive review was required before an exchange could be processed. Although I declined to do so, they subsequently charged me for the exchange and also demand that I pay for return shipping. Currently, I am engaged in correspondence with the company via PayPal to recover my funds. All videos associated with this product are paid promotions; therefore, one should be cautious about their authenticity or content.

First off, the customer service is impeccable. Quick response to my problem! Very rarely do you come across great customer service, especially nowadays. I bought this belt for my husband— but sadly it didn’t fit him. I reached out to start the process to exchange for the next size up and their response surprised me. They said I could either keep the belt for myself or gift it to someone else— and they’ll send me a code to purchase the correct size FREE OF CHARGE! In this economy, who’s giving away stuff??? 😂 Anyway, the belt is awesome! Helps with my posture and I feel light on my feet. I have a 7 month old baby and I’m carrying her everywhere— it takes a toll on my back. This helps. Awesome company, awesome product and awesome experience!

Ability to communicate and make things right even though I got the wrong size.

This product is amazing, it makes me feel lighter, corrects my posture, and makes me feel supported. I ordered 2 one for myself and one for a friend. My friend couldn’t fit hers, so I reached out the customer support team. David did an incredible job, they didn’t just replace the item with the size I thought I needed. They asked for exact measurements to insure it would be the correct size! After speaking to them, they offered to send a replacement and allow me to gift the other size to someone else. They showed that they are genuine people, here to help. Thank you SpineFit!

What a great company! I did not order the correct size so I can give a personal review on the product, but....people that I have let try it all say WOW! It really makes your spine feel great. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis so Im excited to try it when I receive the correct size.
They have stayed in communication with me regarding the size, even though we have dealt with 2 bouts of the flu!!
Do your due diligence in ordering for the correct size and give this a try!!

Ordered one for myself and one for my husband, but the one that arrived for him was too small. I emailed customer service, they asked his size and offered a free replacement if I left a review first. I definitely noticed a difference when I put the brace on as it compresses your spine and muscles and makes you stand up straight straighter. Very comfortable to wear. Excellent customer service. 

I received my order and the product works very well. It did not fit correctly and the customer service team was a great help in fixing my issue. Would recommend 10/10!!

Absolute scam. Purchased product on December 6th haven't received it after a month. No direct contact number and no live chat although one is advertised. Get fake tracking information and respond to emails as though they are trying to help but just get more fake information.

Exchange was made easy

This product has become a life changing tool in my house for the whole family, we all support from poor posturing and the typical low back issues. As of the week we all have found the Spinfit to be a must we feel taller and our posture has improved, to top it off we have not had back pain and feel more comfortable doing everyday activities. I reached out to customer support and they responded immediately, thank you again for answering my questions.

I had been looking to buy this but wasn't sure of the correct size. Once I did place an order, I mistakenly chose the wrong size. I realized my mistake immediately after placing my order and emailed the company to correct the size before it shipped. They had already processed my order and are sending it to me. But then they offered to fix my mistake and send me the correct size, free of charge! Great customer service! Now I'm looking forward to putting this thing on!

Great product and customer service. Accidentally ordered wrong sizes but they are willing to send a replacement! The product seems to be pretty functional and looks like provide good support for back! Just make sure to measure correctly for correct size.
