When I ordered the product they advertised free shipping worldwide. I was charged for shipping then inquired. Still waiting for my inquiry to be resolved. Now the website says free shipping in the UK. Overpriced for quality. Don't fall for the advertising. Waited approximately 30 days for delivery (china to US). For larger sizes you will receive an extender, NOT a larger belt.

The spine fit works good, but for me my size was one size tight smaller that I couldn’t fit it all the way around perfectly. I’ve gotten a larger belt to help out around my stomach and finish the job

High quality, valcro very strong and does improve posture to keep the lower back from flaring out.. Also very comfortable to wear for hours at a time.

Ordered the wrong size by mistake and customer service was amazing in getting me a new one free of charge. The item is great, absolutely helps with my pelvic tilt and not bulky compared to other ones.

On the 31st of march I bought their back support belt and on thr 10 of April I received the product and so excited to used as soon as I try to put on the plastic that holds the cord with the velcro part broke and I was very disappointed, took a picture of the parcel that I just open and send it back to the support team. I decided to have another go due to my back problem and I haven't heard from them, I have sent them over 10 emails already and the only answer I got back was I'll look into it and let you know, it's been well over a month and they just don't care.

One time I ordered the spine pit online, and the size was off. I emailed customer service, got a quick reply, and assisted with my return and exchange of the spine pit, and I also tried the spine pit. It’s really comfortable and it feels like you are in a upright position when you walking and also you feel lite. I highly recommend this item to those who see comfort for their back pain. Customer personal agent is really. helpful to assist and manage to resolve my issues. thank you very much trustpilot.com and spinefit.

At first they were very helpful. Shipping took much longer and I received the wrong size. They were very helpful and shipped out a replacement but for only one of the products I purchased, not both. I still didn’t complain and when I received the replacement, it was again the wrong size. From that point on I had to constantly follow up each week where they would just lie and say checking inventory, we’ll send you a tracking number. That was over a month ago and now I’m not getting any response. I would stay away.

I had an issue with sizing and they offered to rectify it immediately and worked with me to come up with a solution that worked for me! Mistakes happen but its important how it is handled and I can say I was pleased with their timely effort to correct the issue!
