Ordered the SpineFit, and when it arrived I put it on right away to try it out; however, the size I ordered was too small for me so I couldn’t adjust it the way I had hoped too. I reached out to customer service about the issue and they quickly responded and offered a replacement to a larger size. The quality looks great, so I’m eager to get the larger size so I can get some back relief when I’m working!

My experience with spinefit customer support was a phenomenal experience. Quick to respond and genuinely care. I needed one size up from the one i ordered.They helped me with a replacement, and promptly. The product itself is amazing. When you pull the velcro straps in to adjust it to fit you, you can feel the weight come off of your lower back. It was exactly what I was hoping for. I have two bad knees, and my hip and lower back have compensated for years and deal with a lot of pain from this, and this helps alleviate some of that pain! :)

Great product The brace feels very strong and like it will last me a long time. The customer service was beyond great. I by accident ordered the wrong size; They made it more than right. Felt like they were the ones that sent the wrong size, like if they did something wrong on their end.

I tried on the spine fit. It was a little small for me. The customer service was quick and really great. They got me a new one and a bigger size and it works awesome. It really holds your back and stays in place.!
