The size was incorrect so I couldn't test my new band but they are sending me a new one at no additional cost and they will let me keep the old one.

BTW they answered my email in less than a day. Even though the product was not what I needed, they are making it right and that's really honorable for them to do.

By mistake i ordered the wrong size because I didn't measure over the belly button and their great costumer service offered to replace the item free of charge. Will refer them to my friends.

Customer service was excellent. They were understanding of my issue and resolved it. That's really all people mainly want and they did that perfectly. Thank you.

When you realize what piece of shit this thing is the return is even worse.

I put 4 star only because shipping takes longer but I do understand time and loading movements. Also communication is also slow. I do not have a problem with the product. Already experiencing great results. Not from me but from my significant others. Overtime my survey can also change to better if I can get another chance of getting it.

This Aligns Spine Immediately, i immediately felt the result , although , because of my own fault , i assumed my size instead of following the guide so there’s a bit of ackwardness in moving about, i find that it significantly helps with my back pain, provided great lumbar support, and improves my overall posture, it is sturdy, and effective without being bulky, David – SpineFit Support Team is responsive, supportive, and quickly promised to resolve my issue regarding sizing discomfort.

Spine fit is very accommodating. I ordered a product from them & it didn’t fit. They immediately responded in a timely manner & are sending me the correct sized belt. I would recommend doing business with them!! Their customer service alone is a great reason. Also they have quality products!

Needs some more support, but good product overall. I ordered a size too small and the team sent me a free one when I asked for a refund. I was asked to write a good review when I asked for the return (given that they were given me free product), but I noted that I would write a fair review after they completed their side and they still sent me the product. The product is also better than many others on the market (like Amazon) that I've tried, though those were usually cheaper brands. I can say that you get what you pay for (though I also got mine on sale).
