This is now my second successful claim

Total scam
Total scam. Sold an entirely different policy. They only authorize junk the cheapest parts available, they are not staffed, noone answers the phone, on hold for literally hours. Completely disorganized and do not work with dealer estimates. Good Luck finding a garage who will work with them and that is how they get out of their claims. Total scam.

I bought a car warranty from car giant. Thay sold me top warranty for £1600 . I drive taxi
Car Giant assured me this company Spectrum cover my claims in any circumstances. But Spectrum refuses my claims. I maid a mistake. Spectrum advice me diagnosis & get back to them.but I made a mistake and I did not authorise it. Spectrum declined my claims on my silly mistake. But they can checked my car from any independent bmw garage. So I strongly advise don't but warranty from Spectrum car warranty. I am still paying credit card for the payment of repairs.

Spectrum denied a claim to a friend of mine. Similar situation. similar car.same repair in reading. What he refused to pay for repairs and told Spectrum he is not gonna pay for repairs and Spectrum has to pay for parking as well. Then Spectrum aggeread to pay. In my case if you think I made a mistake. Why don't you checked my car from bmw or any independent garage for the work. I strongly advise to the public don't buy car warranty from Spectrum. I paid £1600 for nothing to Spectrum. Unbelievable how can these company keep robing public. Once again think twice before you buy warranty from Spectrum.

I broke down of a late Friday…
I broke down of a late Friday afternoon, I remembered that I had an insurance after buying my car from motorpoint . I spoke to Emily who was great & spoke to Nick @ Brittanic Auto Transmission whilst I was on hold . The car was arranged to go in the next day . Whilst the pipe that had failed was not included in my policy I’m happy on the professionalism & excellent service all round.

My experience with spectrum
Spectrum have been great whilst processing through my claim. All their agents such as Emily have been professional and happy to speak. They have guided me through the process and explained what the Warrenty could and would not cover. This shows a level of honesty that isn't always there in similar circumstances.

I have been following up with the authorised garage and Spectrum for the issue faced by my vehicle. I spoke to Emily today who provided more than just a customer service, she went out of her way to contact the garage and coordinate with them to get the information they needed so that the claim can be moved to the next stage. She also called me back to give me an update and explained the situation about the claim. Emily went that extra mile for me. She is a real customer service gem and a great asset to Spectrum. Thank you Emily, you are a star.

Great service, helpful staff
I've unfortunately had quite a lot go wrong with a recent vehicle so have had to get in touch with spectrum a lot.
Everyone I have spoken to has been really professional and helpful.
Most recently I spoke with Caitlin. She really made the process feel much smoother and helped to alleviate the stress of the situation. Even going above and speaking directly to the Dealer herself which I really appreciated.

My car was broken and needed a repair…
My car was broken and needed a repair worth around £1300 from the garage. I called the spectrum insurance and asked what the process is to make a claim.
Spectrum explained it quite well and I managed to gather all the information from the garage and submit the claim form online.
Lois had a look at the claim and, presented cost breakdown for work required on my car and authorised the full payment in 10 minutes. She went an extra mile by detecting the miscalculation from the garage and adapted it to the correct amount.
Very good service provided indeed.

I started to get an issue with my car a few weeks before my warranty was due to expire but Jamie and Andrew looked into this for me with a very friendly and efficient manner.
After an assessment at the garage where I purchased my vehicle, it was advised that the part that had failed needed changed under the warranty plan and this was completed yesterday. Both Spectrum and Vic Young Garage in South Shields have been brilliant in sorting this out. Would definitely recommend both Spectrum and Vic Young for the service provided.

Lois was fantastic even though I had phoned on the 30th and left a call back and had to go ahead with the work without receiving a claim number, Lois was extremely understanding with me and agreed to settle a portion of the bill with the labour and parts. I've spoken to Lois now several times and has made a difficult time more manageable and easy.
